Green Hills East isn't giving up on protecting the neighborhood we love — we're proposing something better. A contextual overlay. Where was the option for a contextual overlay? It wasn't on the ballot. Now it's in front of you directly. Signing supports pursuing a contextual overlay and a neighborhood-led process. Guidelines will be drafted openly, with your input, before anything is final. ONE STANDARD, EVERY HOME No contributing or non-contributing split. The same baseline rules apply to every property in the neighborhood - no exceptions, no fine print. COMMITTEE NOMINATION Every household also gets a voice: nominate one neighbor - yourself included - for the guideline committee. Self-nominations welcome. THE WHOLE NEIGHBORHOOD, NOT PART OF IT Our proposed map covers the entire neighborhood, not a redrawn slice of it. PROPOSED CONTEXTUAL OVERLAY BOUNDARY Sign the petition. Nominate a neighbor. Let's work together and save the neighborhood we love.
