The reservation is guaranteed only for those who pay the entry fee ahead of time. For all other players, we apply a first-come, first-served policy. The organizer does not guarantee the finding of a roommate. If you opt for a double room but cannot find a roommate, the room has to be paid at the Single room rate! In the A and B tourneys, players can take 2 byes (half-point) during the first 5 rounds. Taking a bye in the first round is only possible if the entry fee has been paid. If you paid the entry fee ahead of time but cannot participate, the entry fee will be fully refunded if you did not book accommodation. However, in case you also booked accommodation, we will withhold an amount equal to 1 night before refunding the difference to your account!
