Hello Everyone, We at Village Medicine would like to share some healing arts that will increase wellness health and immunity. I was thinking about a recent podcast we did with our village team, our immunologist Atoosa and Tara we were speaking about im - munity and community,Although being in community is not something being recommended at this time. we can connect and do daily and weekly doses to raise our immunity. How can we connect with our communities..... wether it’s our spiritual. Learning, or activity connection. We can stay connected in this time. In my spiritual identity course we have from 3 to 7 people a week who are connecting learning growing and practicing through our miraculous technology. Connecting with loved ones also releases healing chemicals into the body there are many other ancient and new technologies to raise and attend to our physical emotional and soul wellbeing. Singing, humming and chanting are known to strengthen our immunity, being outdoors, I just returned from outside from my lunch and the light on the water of the puget sound is still radiating from inside my body., I can feel the difference. Water and trees also known as forest bathing (Dr QUING) working with the breath, Moving our bodies also has the power to heal. It is a way we can keep our body and soul together. We can dance, shake it out, do martial arts, we can meditate, open a book we especially love and reflect on an inspired paragraph. We can pick up a pen, paint, brush or camera and create, to ex - press ourselves and fully seen is healing. What are the all the ways of healing I haven ’ t considered yet? Maybe I could put my focus on what is working instead of what is not working, while preparing well and planning well for self-care connecting how I can with what and who I love, and write paint or pray about it. There are always more options than the ones we are focused on and we can reach out voice to voice and face to face, even if that means a phone call or FaceTime, a prayer quiet meditation, we can connect and share our healing thoughts, and make healing actions for ourselves, one another and our global community.
