Residents and Guarantors, As discussed in our last email we have a few action items that we need you to complete ASAP! Pet Screening and Animal Registration: ALL RESIDENTS must create an account at Cheathamstreetflats.petscreening.com If you do not have an animal you will still need to create an account and accept the terms & conditions that you understand the pet policy in the community. If you have an Animal in the community the website will walk you through the process of registering your Animal. This is also where you will register any service animals you may have. During our unit inspections, we took note of any animals and we will cross-reference this from our registration list from the pet screening website.Unregisterd animals at the community will result in a pet violation outlined in your contract on Page 2 section 5 & Page 13. First violation is $100 and the second violaton is $200 After you have registered your animal our team will add pet rent to your monthly billing starting April 1st The monthy pet rent is $25 per month & a 1 time animal fee of $250. The Deadline to register your animal has passed and if you have not done so please submit no later than Thursday 3/25/2021 at Noon! Vehicle Registration: Our occupancy is increasing and with that comes more vehicles. For us to ensure the best parking experience we will need all residents to register their vehicle on the resident portal no later than April 1st It’s critical that you provide accurate info about your vehicle: Make, Model, Body Color, Year, Plate Number, and the state the plate is registered in. This info will be provided to our towing company to ensure only residents are parking in the parking garage. Steps to rregister egister your vehicle: 1. Go to the resident portal website Cheathamstreetflats.residentportal.com 2. Log in with your email and password 3. On the Main Menu Screen, you will click “My Apartment” 4. Then on the “my apartment” tab, you will click “Vehicles” 5. On the top right you will click the button that says “Add Vehicle” 6. Fill in the Make, Model, Body Color, Year, Plate Number, and the state (All Fields are Required) 7. Click Save and you are done! If you have any issues logging into the portal to register your vehicle please text us your name and the vehicle info and we can input that for you. 737-227-5950 Residents with registered vehicles will get an email with a smart phone App login for you to open the gate with your phone. Vacant Rooms: Some residents live in a partialy occupied apartment with vacant rooms that are not rented. If you have items in one of these vacant rooms you have until April 5th to remove any personal items from those rooms. We will inspect these units again starting on April 6th. Damages and Cleaning that is required in those rooms will be billed to the rommates equally. As we prepare for future residents to move in we have to ensure these vacant rooms are able to be turned over in a good condition. Failure to remove items by April 5th will result in a $100 unautorized person charge. Texas Heat Prep: As I’m sure you have noticed we have just changed your air filter and you will see that happen more frequently as we approach warmer temperatures. Just like any maintenance concerns please submit a work order if you are experiencing any issues with your system cooling your home. Being proactive and notifying us of these issues will allow us to ensure you can stay cool! With your AC running more frequently that will cause more condensation water to come through the system and if there is an issue with the A/C drain it could cause more damage to the apartment and the system. Please keep a close eye on you’re A/C system to keep us in the loop if you notice leaking water or if it’s not cooling like normal. We appreciate your assistance in these matters!
