Property maintenance and community improvements are a major part of that commitment, and to minimize inconvenience to you, we want to keep you informed of planned projects. Star�ng Monday March 22nd through Friday March 26th at 7:00 am , representa�ves from Eagle Paving Co, Inc will be comple�ng an asphalt overlay and concrete repairs throughout the property. The work will be completed between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm. During this �me, ALL vehicles must be removed from garages, carports, and open parking spaces on your selected day. Slurry Schedule: Monday March 22nd: Sec�on A - See Map Tuesday March 23rd: Sec�on B - See Map Wednesday March 24th: Sec�on C - See Map Thursday March 25th: Sec�on D - See Map Friday March 26th: Sec�on E - See Map *Please reference the map on the back of this le�er* Important Things to remember: ● Please watch for “NO PARKING” signs throughout the en�re community, and abide by all signage. ● You may park in the other sec�ons of the community that are NOT being worked on or SEE MAP FOR ADDITIONAL PARKING OVERNIGHT ; however, you cannot park in someone else’s assigned carport or garage. ○ Vehicles that have not been removed from your scheduled work area by 7:00am will be towed without further no�ce, and at vehicle owner's expense. ● You may experience noise from large trucks/machines, grinding and jack hammers. ● You may experience some dust & debris caused by the following work. ● IMPORTANT: If you have made any changes to your vehicle (License Plate), phone number, or email, please update with our office prior to the project start date should we have to contact you prior to having to tow!
