v 1 A Reminder to Those Slandering Shaykh Dr. ʿ Arafāt al - Mu ḥ ammadī [ حفظه الله ] بسم الله، والحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه ومَن ْ والاه وبعد .. To those who speak against Shaykh D r. ʿArafāt bin Ḥ asan al - Mu ḥ ammadī on social media without right or evidence: fear Allāh. Fear the Day when you will stand before Him — alone, withou t any interpreter — accountable for every word you uttered, wrote, or posted. Shaykh ʿArafāt is widely recognised , praised by senior scholars — the likes of al - ʿAllāmah Rabī ‘ al - Madkhalī [ الله حفظه ] and al - ʿAllāmah ʿUbayd al - Jābirī [ رحمه الله ] who stated he is an ʿĀlim and Faqīh in his own right. Both of these esteemed imāms have explicitly advised the Salafis to benefit from al - ʿAllāmah Shaykh ʿAbdullāh al - Bukhārī and Shaykh ʿArafāt [ حفظهما الله ]. Baseless accusations, vague criticisms, and the spreading of doubt are not from the path of the Salaf. Rather, they are from the major sins that corrupt hearts, fracture communities, and earn the anger of Allāh. Fear Allāh and abandon this path. Return to our scholars — such as al - ʿAllāmah al - Bukhārī — if you are truthful. Go back to him if you truly have evidence and proof for what you post. 0114 272 0727 HUDACENTRE@GMAIL.COM M A S J I D A L - H U D A S H E F F v 2 Whoever witnesses slander and abuse hurled at one of our salafi scholars, and then he remains silent and does not support them, and defend them, he has certainl y fallen into a grave mistake and does not recognise the status of the scholars. Beware lest your words destroy your own deeds. Turn back before the Day comes when excuses will be of no benefit. al - Ḥ āfi ẓ Abū al - Qāsim Ibn ʿAsākir [ رحمه الله ] said: “Know, my brother, may Allāh guide both you and me to that which pleases Him, and make us among those who fear Him and are mindful of Him as He deserves — indeed, the flesh of the scholars [ رحمهم الله ] is poisonous, and the way of Allāh concerning those who see k to dishonour them is well known. For speaking ill of them in matters they are innocent of is a grave matter, and attacking their honour with falsehood and slander is a dangerous path.” [Tabyīn Kadhib al － Muftarī fīmā Nusiba ilā al － Imām Abī al － Ḥ asan al － Ash ʿ arī p. 29] To the youth in our community , and out of sincere concern for them, we say: remain closely connected to the scholars and mashāyikh — such as al - ʿAllāmah ʿAbdullāh al - Bukhārī and Shaykh ʿ Arafāt — and do not be affected by those who speak ill of the scholars of Salafiyyah. Such speech only leads to confusion and disunity. Protect your hearts by sticking to the people of knowledge and sound guidance. Written 27.06 .2025 Aboo Maryam Ahmed - Masjid al - Huda Sheffield. v 3 تنبي ِ فِ ِ الشَّيْخ ُ ه لِمَن ْ ي َقَع الدكتور عَرَفَات المُحَمَّدِي ّ [ حفظه الله ] إلى مَن يتكلّم في الشيخ الدكتور عَرَفَات بن حَسَن المُحَمَّدِي ّ على وسائل التواصل بغير حق ّ ٍّ ولا بيّنة: اتق ِ الله. اتق ِ يومًا تقف فيه بين يدي الله وحدك، بلا ترجمان، تُسأل فيه عن كلّ كلمة ٍّ قلتَها أو كتبتَها أو نشرتها. الشيخ عَرَفَات معروف، قد أثنى عليه كبار العلماء، كالعلاّ مة ربيع المدخلي [حفظه الله]، والعلاّ مة عبيد الجابري [رحمه الله]، الذي شهد له بأنه عا لِ ِ وفقيه في نفسه. وقد نصح هذان الإمامان السلفيين بالاستفادة من العلاّ مة الشيخ عبد الله البخاري والشيخ عرفات [حفظهما الله]. الاتهامات الباطلة، والطعون المُبهمة، ونشر الشُبهات ليس من منهج السلف. بل هي من الكبائر التي تفسد القلوب، وتفرّق الجماعات، وتُعرّض صاحبها لسخط الله. فاتق ِ الله، ودع هذا السبيل. ارجعوا إلى علمائنا أمثال العلامة البخا ري إن كنتم صادقين، ارجعوا إليه إذا كان عندكم دليل وبرهان على ما تنشرونه. ومَن يشهد الطعن في مشائخنا السلفيين، ثم يسكت ولا ينصرهم فقد وقع في خطأ عظيم و لِ يعرف قدر العلماء. إياك أن تكون كلماتك سببًا في حبوط أعمالك. تب إلى الله قبل أن يأتي يوم ٌ لا تنفع فيه المعاذير. v 4 قال الحافظ أبو القاسم ابن عساكر [رحمه الله]: ” واعلم يا أخي، وفقنا الله وإياك لمرضاته، وجعلنا ممن يخشاه ويتقيه حق تقاته، أن ّ لحوم العلماء - رحمهم الله - مسمومة، وعادة الله فِ هتك أستار منتقصيهم معلومة، لأ ن الوقيعة فيهم بما هم منه براء أمره عظيم، والتناول لأعراضهم بالزور والافتراء مرتع وخيم. “ [تبيين كذب المفتري فيما نُسب إلى الإمام أبي الحسن الأشعري، ص: ٢٩ ] فنقول لشباب مجتمعنا ، ومن منطلق النصيحة الصادقة لهم: الزموا العلماء والمشايخ، أمثال العلاّ مة عبد الله البخاري والشيخ عرفات، ولا تتأثروا بمن يطعن في علماء السلفية. فإن هذا الكلام لا يجلب إلا الفتنة والفرقة. فاحفظوا قلوبكم بلزوم أهل العلم والهدى الراسخ. كتبه: أبو مريم أحمد – مسجد الهدى، شيفيلد ٢ مُُ رَّم ١٤٤٧ هـ
