International Cyberstalker and Fraud Finally Shutdown By Google. "The data belongs to the individual," said the European commissioner for justice for fundamental rights and citizenship. American internet troll and Cyberstalker who has targeted strangers around the world, both men and women, for at least 12 years, have finally been closed down across Europe and Australia by Google. Kent Madin, who proudly boasts of his destructive ‘work’ to all who will listen, appears to have serious mental health issues, according to professionals who have reviewed his almost unbelievable file of abuse. He also boasts of his self-appointed right to target women for sustained abuse, defending his reign of terror by saying he regards them ‘as fair game’. This is the malignant attitude of a classic Woman-hating coward. He is currently wanted for questioning by Australian Police for making a death threat. Kent Madin is believed to be operating like the Wizard of Oz, working alone in his ‘secret basement,’ in Bozeman, Montana, attempting to control the lives of others from his keyboard. It is clear that he has no empathy and therefore the incredible pain and distress that he inflicts, not to mention the immense loss of earnings of victims, is simply laughed off by him. And worse, he bizarrely blames his victims for his obsessive and vindictive actions against them. He says they are weak for being affected by him. Using his warped intelligence, as the middle son of a highly regarded academic and scientific family, he has fabricated a dark-web persona as an ‘investigative journalist’. In this guise he avoids normal suspicion and abuses people’s goodwill. He has infiltrated employers to launch a campaign of sustained harassment that resulted in his victims being sacked and doubly victimised. Kent Madin and his unstoppable campaigns of cyberstalking, online abuse and personal attacks on victims’ families, professional colleagues, schools, universities and social contacts are known to the FBI and police in five countries. But in each case of victim complaint, the laws of Kent Madin’s home state of Montana fail victims because they seem to support his criminal activity. Had he lived in most other states or any European country, he would have been jailed and/or fined many years ago. But fraud is his Modus Operandi – Kent Madin uses an enormous number of fake identities, including ridiculous made-up names and actual deceased people. He is what criminologists describe as a Fixated Loner, indicating that whilst he operates alone, he creates the impression of being a vast network, achieved by publishing thousands of defamatory pages from multiple websites, all of which use victims’ stolen names. His work ethic can’t be criticised – as he appears to work 24/7 - but his sanity would seem to have long deserted him. Repetitive, invasive, obsessive attacking of strangers in the most malicious and vindictive ways for some 12 years is not the work of any sane person. When Google launched on the stock market it pledged to ‘Do No Evil’. As of today, Google’s actual Humans who are now well aware of the apparently deranged Troll, Kent Madin, have not only removed all his attack sites in Australia, Ireland and Sweden, but have now completely removed his sick websites from all 27 European Union countries. Cyberstalking is recognised as being different from harassment as it involves fixated and obsessive behaviour. It may be used to gather information, monitor or discredit the victim. A full report has been filed in the United Kingdom, under the Protection from Harassment Act (PHA) 1997, amended by Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 and two new offences of stalking introduced on November 25 2012. Section 4a prohibits a course of conduct which amounts to stalking involving fear of violence or serious alarm or distress which has a substantial adverse effect on victim’s usual day-to-day activities which the perpetrator knows or ought to know amounts to stalking or fear of violence. Section 2a prohibits a person from pursuing a course of conduct that amounts to stalking. A course of conduct is conduct that occurs on at least two occasions. Most stalkers, regardless of residence or location, are arrested and charged under Section 4a.
