(P) No.279/2004/Fin dated 16-6-2004 ORDER Provisional employees, those appointed on contract basis and re-employed pensioners were extended the benefits of periodical surrender of Earned Leave for a maximum of 10 days in a financial year as per reference 1 st read. In the Government Order read, the maximum number of Earned Leave that can be surrendered by regular employees has been enhanced to 20 days in a financial year. Government are now pleased to extend the above benefit to provisional employees, those appointed on contract basis, re-employed pensioners and part-time contingent employees on the same terms, subject to eligibility.
