What This Program Is The Startup Circle Program allows students to promote our learning platform using a unique referral link. As a Promoter, you earn money only when real users sign up through your link and meet these requirements below. This is not a ‘job’. It is a performance-based promotion program. We provide a fair and respectable platform and seek to work responsibly with all Promoters. We especially respect good manners and good behaviour. Our goal is to provide a courteous, fun, and enjoyable experience. Who Can Join You can join if: You are 13 or older If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must sign the consent form first You agree to follow these housekeeping rules. 1. Overview This Agreement outlines the terms for participation in the Monturalearn Startup Circle Promotion Programme. By signing, the Promoter agrees to the terms below: 2. Role The Promoter is an independent freelancer. The Promoter: Is not an employee. Has no guaranteed earnings. Is paid only for verified results. Is responsible for any personal tax obligations. Subscription Commission How You Get Paid You earn: £2 per paying subscriber per month (ie. 100 paying subscribers per month is £2 x 100 = £200 per month) You only earn this when: The subscriber successfully pays Their subscription is active The payment is not refunded When Commission Stops You stop earning for that person if: They cancel Their payment fails They get a refund Their payment is disputed Payments Calculated monthly Paid monthly Monturalearn startup circle A verified signup is valid only if: The user uses the content creator unique referral link. The account is new. The email address is verified (where the user would verify their email address on their end) The account is not duplicated, fake, or self-created. Payments: Paid monthly. Minimum payout threshold: £2. If signups are fake or break the rules, they will not be paid. To ensure all referral data is accurately captured following our April 25th launch, the first commission payout will be issued on May 1st. This brief window allows us to verify every successful sign-up through your link so we can guarantee your payment reflects your full impact. Following this first payment, you can look forward to your commissions on the 15th of every month. 5. Tracking Authority The Company’s internal tracking system is the sole authority for determining valid referrals and commission calculations. Screenshots, messages, or external claims do not override tracking system data. 6. How We Track Signups Our internal tracking system records: Referral links Signups Payments Subscription status Content creators will each have their own Personal Dashboard to track their performance and figures when they are logged in to their account. Fraud & Misuse The following behaviours will result in removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions: Fake accounts Duplicate accounts Self-referrals Manipulated signups Misleading promotion Shadow / Alt account signups Asking others to create fake accounts Misleading people Making false claims about earnings This is for the safety and security of all Content Creators and the integrity of our Company If fraud or manipulation is detected: The Content Creator (“Promoter”) may be removed immediately Unpaid commissions may be forfeited Access to the Program may be permanently revoked Modification The Company may update or end the program with notice. Monturalearn startup circle How You Should Promote You must: Be honest Not make false income or success claims Follow TikTok or other platform rules Avoid harmful or illegal content We may ask you to remove content that breaks these rules. 8. Taxes If you earn money, you may need to declare it depending on UK tax rules. We do not deduct taxes for you. Parents should review this if unsure. 9. Changes to the Program We may: Change commission amounts End the program Update these rules We will be sure to inform you if changes happen at the earliest possible time.
