Mouss 1 05/2020 He started DJing in Grade 11 through Virtual DJ, and began making mixes that he would share with his friends, not really taking it serious. As time went by he began putting out mixes on Soundcloud and other music streaming sites Mouss has serious respect for a lot of the DJs that came to the scene before him, more especially in PTA, just seeing them being the best at their craft and them having an influence on his career personally and learning from them. Guys like Flag, Josh, Venom, Gogzin, Banques, Timo & Slip, LeMarc, They inspire him to go out and be the best at his craft. His most memorable moments include being called to play at SAs Most Wanted, Homecoming Africa 2019, Ivyson Tour and Tuks FM Fresher’s. All Four (4) of these were really the biggest moments of his career they pretty much impacted his career. Musa Nhliziyo “I got my first real gig in December 2017 and I never looked back really. Mind you that gig was the first time I ever used CDJ’s” Always have faith in yourself, regardless. Mouss’s thoughts on COVID - 19. It threw everyone off, no one expected that we would have to rely on the internet as much as we do now to stay on afloat with the work that we do. I think that in a year's time we will be back to regular gigging and shows but it won't be the same as before but we will make it work regardless of what we are going through. By so doing, she realised that there is more ways to presenting than one so she embarked on a journey of handing out demos around local stations, headed for auditions until she got a spot, which landed her on Mams Radio FM Her Grind was personally inspired by the hunger to strive, win and it still is until today. The end goal is to be a big brand that will inspire and leave a mark for the generation to come. Mbali Vilakazi “I fell Inlove with TV presenting at first i was captured by the lights, camera and action” For exQuisite there is no formal procedure taken bring out the best in all her shows, she goes in raw and delivers the best show. Everything is in Gods control. “I’ve always seen myself working with the likes of Sway Calloway What that man has done for radio and the amount of work he has contributed especially in the hip hop culture is just amazing, So most definitely Sway and of course our African Giants Mr Dj Fresh , Dj Sbu , the fierce Miss Ranaka the list is endless”. She dreams of opening a show for artist’s like Shekhinah , Ari lennox and many more. When it comes to the content that he creates, it is made to educate more than entertainment because it is mainly used by local clothing brands, he creates concepts that seem deceptive and out of this world. “In my space of content creation it varies, there are a lot of concepts that go unseen and uncreated due to being scared of taking risks, so it all comes to what is missing in the street culture and how I think it’ll seem eye catching and make people feel they have experienced this before whereas they haven’t, that’ll get them to buy in” For more Information Instagram @ Usanelebro _ C ovid 19 6 05/2020 Ways to avoid contacting the Virus - Avoid close contact with people who are sick. - Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth. - Stay home when you are sick. - Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash. - Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
