Beale Street Caravan may license and use an audio recording of my musical performance at the above referenced event (RECORDINGS). 2. Beale Street Caravan may make use of the audio RECORDINGS to be incorporated into the radio program known as “Beale Street Caravan” (hereafter referred to as PROGRAM1). 3. Beale Street Caravan is hereby authorized to reproduce said RECORDINGS in conjunction with the PROGRAM1 for the purpose of non-commercial, public radio broadcast. For the purposes of this release, “radio” shall include non-commercial terrestrial, satellite, pod-cast, and streaming distribution. 4. Beale Street Caravan may edit RECORDINGS only to the extent to which it shall conform to time limitations, restrictions, and production requirements of PROGRAM1. 5. Beale Street Caravan will provide PERFORMER’s management with copy of RECORDINGS following the event. Selections to be used for PROGRAM1 are subject to PERFORMER’s approval. I understand that my participation in the PROGRAM1 confers upon Beale Street Caravan no ownership, or copyright and that I retain full ownership of RECORDINGS and may exercise the right to refuse BSC the use of any part or whole of the recording. I also understand that Beale Street Caravan, Inc. has no obligation to air RECORDINGS. I release Beale Street Caravan, Inc., its employees, agents, and assigns from all liability for claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation in PROGRAM1. I represent that I am of legal age to enter into this agreement and that my signature on this document is legal and binding.
