Pictures are sent just like you would send to any other person. You can attach thru email or text to one of these below. Abs.mtvil@gmail.com 708-575-2009 Here are some links that will give you step by step instructions on how to send photos thru email or text message if you are unfamiliar with the process. https://www.wikihow.com/Attach-Photos-in-Gmail https://www.wikihow.com/Send-Pictures-to-a-Cell-Phone https://www.wikihow.com/Send-Messages-on-an-iPhone Please do not send pictures that your loved one is not allowed to receive. Such as pics with any type of handsigns, including the peace sign, gang (or pointing at some locations), illegal items such as drugs, guns, gangs or activities. Nude not allowed at most places. Videos are not able to be sent. Some locations do not allow emojis, duplicates or redactions. Please check with your loved one for their location rules. We at ABS try to not send pictures with any of the above mentioned things to any location. Unless specifically asked to from our incarcerated customer. In that case, if the pictures happen to get returned to us for any reason, they will have to pay extra postage to mail back out after we pull what we think may have been rejected by the facility. Pulling these before we send is not our responsibility and we may miss pulling something that is not allowed. Which is why we are asking for your help in not sending them in the first place. Sending these types of things could delay the process in pictures making it to your loved one. Just because you send pictures to us does not mean we will automatically send them to your loved one. They must have set up to receive photos from us in order to send. We are unable to discuss any account details of your loved one. Redaction definition: the censoring or obscuring of part of a text (or photos) for legal or security purposes
