POSITION DESCRIPTION Title Educational Consultant Position Code KNUMM E2 220101 Position Grade E2 Position Category Retailed Sales Hiring Department Sales Hiring Business Unit Kids & Us Myanmar Position Type Full Time Reporting to School Manager Position Overview Educational Consultant will be responsible for the following sectors: Sales effectiveness , Event Coordination , Customer Service , General Admin , Collaboration in the school. Duties and Responsibilities Core Task 1. Sales effectiveness (New and Renew) • Demonstrate a high degree of understanding of Kids&Us product and method. • Master presentation skills in compliance with Kids&Us training provided. • Prepare a customer acquisition action in detail to obtain the greatest possible effect. • Plan and prepare the logistics to avoid unforeseen issues during the sales process. • Deliver programs/course consultations and coordinate the placement test execution with the SAC. • Develop strong closing skills to help the team meet the school sales milestones and target. • Be fully committed to support the school meets its sales milestones and target. • Thrive to always achieve the highest level of performance individually as well as for the school. • Participate in the process of students' drop - off and pick - up at the school, to increase the loyalty and trust of the parents. • Prepare a personal sales plan and objectives at the beginning of each month. • Consistently follow up with prospects and make subsequent appointments as required. • Rigorously update accurate prospect and student information in the school information systems during and after each interaction. • Show and guide the new students about the utilization of the school applications such as My locker and My Kids. • Establish a strong daily work routine to maximize sales activities across all channels. 2. Customer service: • Develop and maintain a close relationship and high level of trust with your students and their parents from the beginning of their contract until their graduation. • Ensure your students and their parents are satisfied with their classes, learning progress, and environment by actively soliciting and acting on feedback. • Report any important information to the SM frequently regarding: Feedback, complaints, prospects, and any other data of importance. • Communicate with the parents at each touch points. • Solve parents and students issues and address their concerns proactively • Prepare books, backpack, label for the first day or the beginning of each story and give them to the SAC. • Support the school with unexpected issues when the class/activities are ongoing. • If available, take care of the children during consultations to parents by other sales team members. 3. Event Coordination • Prepare the facilities for the events as assigned by the School Manager• Assist with school decoration for events with the collaboration of the SAC, Teachers, and SM. • Handle guest registration for sales & marketing events • Assist and support External events (partnership, promoter): to consult the families if required. Prepare all the material needed for the consultation. • Store and maintain the decoration ready for future uses once the season event has finished. • If available, support the Academic team with the weekly extra activities. 4. General Admin: • Receive, deliver and support the management of the materials such as gifts, books, stock, health box... at the school. • Order, receive, and support the management of non - Kids&us related general purchases for the school such as refreshments, stationery, drinking water, utilities... • Manage general assets at the school such as the school equipment, printer, projector, lights, signs, and be the point of contact for their maintenance with the SM. • Keep the school environment tidy, hygiene and safe for the students. • Take the daily cash collection to the Bank, following the school procedures, being accountable for the amount. • Collect and follow the finance process when purchasing. 5. Collaboration in the school • Ensure the good collaboration between Academic and Sales by supporting each other and attending all meetings as required.
