This ID is processed strictly within the browser's memory to facilitate the token request. • Access Tokens: The Application utilizes the Microsoft SharePoint Framework's aadTokenProvider to request an Access Token on behalf of the signed - in user. o Purpose: This token is retrieved solely to display it to the user or perform the specific API call requested by the user. o No Transmission: We do not transmit, sync, or send this token, the Client ID, or any user profile information to our own servers or any third - party analytics services. 3. Data Storage • No Persistent Storage: The Application does not store the retrieved Access Tokens or Client IDs in any persistent database, external server, or cookies. • Session Only: All data is held temporarily in the browser's volatile memory (RAM) for the duration of the active session and is cleared once the page is refreshed or closed. 4. Third - Party Services The Application relies on the Microsoft Identity Platform (Azure Active Directory) to function. The retrieval of tokens is subject to the security policies and authentication flows configured within your organization's Microsoft 365 tenant. The Application operates under the permissions granted to the current user by the organization's administrator. 5.
