An initial vote shows 3 9 percent of the electorate is undecided and after voters hear more about the three candidates, Dr. Klein is in a statistical tie for first place. Figure 1 . Vote Progression The race is wide open because currently all three candidates lack real definition with likely primary voters. Over half of the electorate (51 percent) cannot rate any of the candidates running. Additionally, none of the candidates have an advantage in name ID over the others – leaving a wide - open race in which no candidate is currently favored. When simulating even communications – including mention of the DFL endorsement – the race is a statistical tie. However, the candidate who has the greatest ability to communicate will have an advantage Voters are looking for a candidate who can stand up to Trump and fix what he is breaking, including health care. Dr. Klein meets the moment. He has stood up to the Trump A dministration and his experience as a doctor, working within our broken health care system , gives him unique knowledge and experience to fix it and lower costs.
