The following article is the first extensive study of Kent Madin’s campaign of cyber persecution. Written by CuChullaine O’Reilly, Founder of the Long Riders’ Guild, it was published in April, 2014 by Tina Sjogren, Editor of Explorers’ Web. Immediately after its publication, the article was blatantly stolen and illegally re-published by Kent Madin on two of his four Cyberstalking websites. Following the conclusion of the article are letters of complaint sent by the author to Montana legal officials and the United States government document which confirms that the document is legally copyrighted.
