My Weight Loss Journey Continues Weight Loss Happy Monday, y’all! I had a good and hectic weekend. My hubby was out of town, so I took the opportunity to get some things done that have been hanging over my head. I hope to show you one of those things tomorrow! wink My most recent big DIY project has been on myself. I’m really excited to share with you , once again , about my weight loss journey. The last time I wrote about weight loss here was almost two years ago. I was working really hard to lose the weight I gained during my pregnancy with Ridley. I have to say that my midwife was right when she said, “When you gain weight eating good food during pregnancy, it does come off easier.” Here’s a Before & “In Progress” photo comparison... I’ve lost 45 pounds so far! Woot! I still have 25 - ish pounds to lose to get to my ideal {pre - pregnancy} weight, but I know I’m on the right track. You’re probably wondering how I’ve lost this weight, right? Let me tell you – a LOT of hard work. I’m not one of those breastfeeding mommas who magically lose all the baby weight by nursing. It just doesn’t happen. I haven’t taken a magic diet pill or anything like that. Ha!
