Life Diagnostics 1 COVID - 19 Tests registration Mechanism Step 1: Kindly press on batch registration to start the registration as shown below: Step 2: This is the main menu as shown below, as you can see the important details that we need to register, like: Emirates ID , Passport Number , Mobile Number and the patients’ name (Most of these data can be registered automatically with the Emirates ID scanner) Life Diagnostics 2 Note: Kindly not e that the Nationality & Emirates categories should be changed manually by pressing “F9” as mentioned below from the screenshots: Life Diagnostics 3 Note: You can verify the three letters of the Nationality from the back of the Emirates ID as shown below: Life Diagnostics 4 ^ As shown above, SYR is a three letters symbol for the Syrian nationality Step 3 : We start the registeration procedure when we press “F9” in the ref. clinic box Quick tip: you can type only the letter L, and you will find our clinic’s name, and press “enter” multiple times, to have the correct registration time once the patient wants t o do his PCR test. Clinic and making sure that all of the categories’ information has been filled, you press on the “Patient Tests” button to proceed with payment tests. Step 5 : You can press “F9” to select the service that is provided like COVID - 19 by RT - PCR that the patient wants us to provide.
