Welcome to our conference app! Your app’s homepage should look something like this: Note: There may be some differences, as attendees, speakers, vendors, and administrators have different levels of access to certain portions of the app content. From the home page, you can access the leaderboard (activated for events and contests), photos, videos, session Q&As for speakers, logistics (this shows hotel information), Twitter quick share (for those who want to tweet about us), and the general Whova app guide. You can also quickly access the agenda, attendee list, the community page, and your messages. Tapping on any session or track on the agenda will bring up the description. If you want to attend a session, click ENROLL & ADD TO MY AGENDA. From there, tapping “My Agenda” will show you your customized schedule based on what sessions you signed up for. NOTE: On Wednesday (16th ) and Thursday (17th ), there are multiple session tracks going at the same time. You can attend two at the same time, so you must pick one from each timeslot. These will be indicated by colored dots on the agenda. MAKE SURE YOU REGISTER (ENROLL) IN EACH SESSION/TRACK YOU PLAN TO ATTEND, INCLUDING PRE-FUNCTIONS AND THE OPENING CEREMONY. This is how your attendance will be captured as we have staff and volunteers ready to check you in via your name in the app or QR code on your ID badge.
