For distance beyond 300 kms., the road journey by own car or full taxi may not be allowed or claim restricted to 300 kms. or t he officer may use company vehicle. (c) However, for stations other than ONGC work centres, road journey by full taxi beyond 300 kms. may be allowed to E7 and above and with approval of E7 and above level officers to lower level officers subject to submission of bills at actuals with restriction of Rs.14/ - per Kms. (d) Taxi bills to be uploaded for full taxi claims. 5. Below E - 1 : For employees below E1, the journey by road may be allowed up to 300 kms by own arrangement with a li mit of Rs.7/ - per Km. CPP not allowed in full taxi/ own car/ own arrangement at both ends. 6. All travels including a ir travel, must be carried out by the shortest possible route, as per policy. First HBA : After 3 years of service. Employees joined ONGC from other PSU/Govt. – 10 years continuous service without break including service in ONGC and after completion of probation period. (Stamp duty / registration charges as per actual may be a llowed within the HBA ceiling) FIRST HBA : 1. E - 5 & above : 100 Months Pay + DA or Rs.53 lakhs or actual cost / estimate whichever is less. 2. E0 to E4 & S Level : 100 Months Pay + DA or Rs.44 lakhs or actual cost / estimate whichever is less. 3. W&A Level : 100 months pay + DA or 36 lakhs or actual cost / estimate whichever is less. 4. Recovery : 225 + 75 (Interest) PURPOSE CRITERIA QUANTUM OF ADVANCE Car Advance Interest – 4% 1. After 1 year service at E - 0 / S1 level. 2. E7 & above : Rs.12.5 lakhs. 2. E4 to E6 : Rs.10 lakhs. 3. E1 to E3 : Rs.7.5 lakhs. 4. E0 & S level : Rs.6 lakhs. Scooter/ Motor Cycle Advance Interest – 4% 1. All eligible employees o n completion of initial probation. 2. Subsequent advance – 5 years after 1 st advance. 1. New/Old either on first or subsequent occasions : Actual cost of two wheeler inclusive of registration tax, road tax and expenses incurred on registration of the vehicle within the ceiling of Rs.90,000/ - Children Education Loan Admission to Graduation / Post graduation / professional courses of an approved university or institution recognised by a statutory body in India or abroad. Over all limit of Rs.30 lakh for studies both in India & Abroad – Rs.30 lakhs. Rate of interest: 4% Recovery: Principal – 100 installments. Interest - 30 installments. PURPOSE CRITERIA QUANTUM OF ADVANCE Furniture & Household Goods Purchase Scheme 1. The furniture & household goods will initially be owned by ONGC and will subsequently be transferred to the executives after 06 years at book value. 2. Executives joining the company as fresh appointee shall be extended the facility on completion of initial probation pe riod. 3. Executives whose remaining service is less than one year are not eligible under this scheme. 4. Employees availing this facility will be required to pay 0.1 % of the initial purchase value as monthly hiring charges of furniture & household goods. 5.
