I want every person reading this to know: YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Page 8 of 128 I struggled with addiction too. My story started when I was a child. I grew up watching drugs around me. I watched my parents use drugs and sell drugs, And as I became older, I truly believed I would somehow break those chains easily. But addiction is never that simple. It took me half my life to realize I had the power to break free. And only after realizing that truth Was I able to begin helping others Break free from the bondage They became trapped in. Over the years, I struggled with: • Cocaine • Marijuana • Meth • Pills • Alcohol • Tobacco • Acid Page 9 of 128 • Psychedelic mushrooms At one point I realized I was becoming the very person I never wanted to become. Meth especially changed me deeply. I became angry, Violent, Emotionally unstable, And spiritually lost. I was repeating the same vicious cycle Of abuse and destruction That I witnessed growing up. That realization broke me. So I prayed constantly: “God please remove this from me.” “God please help me.” “God why won’t You take this away?” I asked over and over again. Page 10 of 128 Then one day it finally hit me. God wanted me to understand That I had free will. The choice was mine. And I was far stronger Than I ever realized. God was building a warrior inside me. WOW. In tears, I began seeing the purpose God had for my life. Not to judge people. Not to force people. Not to push people. But to become: • An ear willing to listen • A person people could trust Page 11 of 128 • Someone who remains patient • Someone who stays humble • Someone who waits for the right words Humility became one of the hardest things I ever had to learn. And through all of it, I slowly began understanding something: Broken people need someone Who truly understands their pain. People battling addiction Do not always need condemnation. Sometimes they need: • Understanding • Patience • Accountability • Encouragement • Hope • Someone who truly cares So please hear me clearly: Page 12 of 128 IF I CAN BREAK MY CHAINS, SO CAN YOU. The sun shines brighter when you stay clean. People are watching your next steps. People want someone they can: • Relate to • Talk to • Learn from • Trust • Look up to Recovery is a long process. It does not happen overnight. There will be difficult days. There will be emotional battles. There will be moments Where you feel weak, Tired, Angry, Or hopeless. Page 13 of 128 But if you continue following structure, Discipline, Accountability, Faith, And recovery, You will slowly realize something powerful: The warrior was inside you The entire time. Please know this: “I care for you.” If I did not care, This recovery plan would never exist. This guide was created freely For people like yourself. No one is required to give anything. Only voluntary donations are accepted, And even that remains free will. This mission is bigger than money. Page 14 of 128 This is about helping people Break chains, Find peace, And realize they still have value. Thank you for reading this far. You already inspired one person. That person is me. — David Hollis ================================================== 6 - MONTH METH RECOVERY PLAN Breaking Free & Rebuilding Your Life ================================================== DISCLAIMER: This guide is for encouragement and structure only.
