Through dedication and hard work, I gained over 15kg and developed a deep passion for health, fitness and strength. This passion led me to complete my Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness and pursue a career as a personal trainer, where I've been helping clients achieve their goals for over six years. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of training a variety of different client’s including sporting teams, running school holiday programs for kids and parents, running classes for secondary school students, training NDIS clients and preparing clients for Hyrox, fitness testing - including Vic Pol and Special Forces. I’ve coached clients who have never performed a deadlift in their life to being able to deadlift a whopping 220kg’s. I’ve helped many clients achieve incredible weight loss transformations. I believe fitness should be both challenging and enjoyable, so expect a bit of banter and a good laugh during our sessions.
