This is the third report. The first was 17341-247-049-115 filed December 13, 2024. The Second was 17380-932-350-996 filed January 28, 2025. The longer the SEC ignores this the more embarrassing it will look. There are mountains of indisputable statistics discovered, compiled and waiting for you, POTUS or someone else. To destroy the USA, sinister layers of a private association have colonized and seized control of hundreds of local "courthouses" in Utah and dozens of other states as part of an invasion. The private association has more than 6,000 deceptive members posing as "judges," "attorneys," and "psychologists" and without intervention the USA is on an irreversible course of falling to this invasion. Collectively and individually these many thousands of "imposters" and others are targeting American children by using forgeries to forcibly displacing them from one or both parents, trafficking them through local "courthouses," leaving them to 7 other layers of child trafficking and eliminating parents one-by-one along the way. The parents are eliminated with more forgeries causing "death by a thousand paper cuts," financial ruin, "swatting" and by intentionally causing the targeted parents to commit suicide. The parents who don't die in these ways are unlawfully jailed for weeks, months or years by the different layers of imposters in corrupt local "police departments" and "jails" committing more forgeries as part of it all. Those who do die from "swatting" or "suicide" have no idea what was really happening -this is that they were being assassinated as part of this invasion, those who do survive, continue to face "death by a thousand paper cuts," financial ruin and "swatting." To be in these roles, the imposters intentionally make an "oath" to the Constitution of the United States and intentionally break that role. The imposters also mis-use the American flag so the good parts of the "federal government" get blamed instead of the imposters. Because of this the imposters will stop at nothing to steal the most and keep it hidden. Because this is driven by billions of dollars to be stolen in federal subisidies and from the millions of targeted parents, the imposters are also at war with each other. As part of this, the private association known as "AFCCNET.ORG" controls a deceptive app named "Our Family Wizard." In 2020, a private equity company with offices in San Francisco, Boston and the U.K. paid AFCCNET.ORG many millions of dollars for a controlling interest in the app. The private equity companies name is "Spectrum Equity" and they should have discovered and reported this as part of their "due diligence" to their members about where the "customers" were coming from but instead they decided to ignore it. There are many reasons for this and it is probably because there are also imposters within Spectrum Equity. Because this is part of an ongoing invasion that is destroying the USA and because others in the President's circle are keeping this from the president, I have filed a "Failure To Act" lawsuit against the President so that the President can be informed that way and take action or those who are hiding this from him will also be guilty. Some have suggested that the $2 billion dollars Jared Kushner took in from Saudi Arabia in 2020 is connected to Spectrum Equity and that Kushner will stop at nothing to keep President Trump from finding out about this and this is why others in the President's circle including Vance, Noem, Bondi, Rubio and more are not taking action on reports served to their offices.
