Section A-1 Part 3 Every member of the public has a right to submit such a document to any individual, representative, institution, department, company, corporation, agent/agency, contractor/sub-contractor or otherwise... whether governmental or non-governmental... whom/which may be in a position of authority, control, influence, responsibility and/or significance, in any manner and/or level, to any or all of the information presented herein, by way of this document... and as such... it would be considered to be within the addressee's duty, obligation and responsibility to address any questions, expressed concerns and/or requests as per clarifications which are expressed and contained herein. Section A-1 Part 6 For any individual such as myself, and certainly as a nation, we are in troublesome and deeply concerning times which have presented prior, current and continuing damages and dangers to physical health, to psychological and/or mental health, to well-being, to quality of life and to personal and/or national security... directly, and additionally... as detrimental resultants of social and economic environment, situational damages, and likewise ... due to, and/or affected by: infringements, restrictions and impositions of multiple natures and/or applications both current and prior. Section A-1 Part 7 The Covid debacle, as a whole, also gives rise to very legitimate concerns, and the irrefutable necessity of thorough investigations in multiple areas. Such areas would include, but certainly not be restricted to: policy failures, questionable practices, potential corruption, potential ulterior motives. The current 'proposals' as per an official 'UK governmental Covid inquiry' being severely lacking, perhaps deliberately. Section A-1 Part 8 From an initial, albeit rather late, 'few weeks to flatten the curve'... to now what is in excess of multiple years of many needless and preventable deaths, increased physical and psychological health damages, social and economic devastation, infrastructural and logistical destruction, and many more concerns... most of which has been highly 1 questionable, and at times 'seemingly' completely illogical and senseless. All presenting threats to personal health and safety, well-being, and security, and likewise, to that of family, friends, loved ones, neighbors, and society as a whole. Section A-1 Part 9 Throughout this period society has been continually damned by questionable policies, unacceptable hypocrisies, indications of potential corruptions, indications of potential ulterior motives, constantly changing narratives, changing assurances, changing 'science', changing goalposts, changing requirements, illegitimate and/or inaccurate 'official' information... all which might be viewed justifiably as ' broken promises' proclaimed by those whom we, as a public, had perhaps naively entrusted too quickly. Any attempts towards achieving some level of clarity or understanding, additionally hampered by unacceptably ambiguous or questionable data and statements, further damned by the concerning revelations of altered definitions and parameters, even altered or questionable laws and/or legislation , all again by those same ' trusted authorities' . Highly questionable, clearly biased, heavy-handed censorship and information control has only further fueled concerns, stress and justifiable levels of significantly eroded 'loss of trust' . All quite vexing and detrimental in itself to mental health, well-being, and as such, presenting threats to personal health and safety. Section A-1 Part 10 The situation had accelerated quite rapidly to the point of continual, changing and increasing levels of scientifically and morally questionable: impositions, restrictions and duress... the levels and extent of which would be more akin, in many eyes, to an authoritative dictatorship, rather than a functional democracy. Some of the actions and behaviors more akin to a fascist-oriented regime, the undeniable (and admitted-on record) programs of psychological manipulations, duress and grooming taking place with assistance/guidance of behavioral psychologists and 'others' being very concerning. Section A-1 Part 11 All of these things, further compounded by forceful and legislated impositions and financially punitive injustices relating to Green/CO2 programs and/or initiatives have directly, quite adversely and irreversibly affected the environment in which we have all been forced to live, and has introduced significant stress, anxiety, confusions, suffering, destruction and losses not only into my life, and my environment... but that of family, friends, loved ones, neighbors, and society as a whole. As if that wasn't enough, the UK government, whom have DIRECT involvements in the Ukraine situation RIGHT FROM ITS VERY BEGINNINGS, has only created further damnation upon life, upon the nation, upon the world... through its historic, current, and ongoing involvements in that conflict. This environment, quite naturally can contribute to, or result in: extreme depression, hopelessness, anxiety, loneliness, disparity and many other sufferings... to an extent where for many , the very will to live, the will of existence, has been severely psychologically harmed... posing threat to mental health and well-being. Section A-1 Part 12 TAKE NOTICE: It is critical, in light of these facts, and all events which have unfolded over the years, that as the addressee, one ensures full compliance to all applicable moral, professional and/or legal: duties, obligations, responsibilities, statutes, regulations and requirements commensurate to, and in respect of, your position and/or influence. As such, throughout this document there is reference to relevant and pertinent information, data, studies, statements, facts, etc. which are both national and/or international in source or nature... All justifiably applicable in context, all fully justifiable as legitimate, legally applicable and acceptable evidence in any jurisdiction... in respect to any potential current and/or forthcoming inquiries, investigations, hearings, trials or likewise proceedings or undertakings... or as per determination as to the irrefutable and requisite nature of such. Section A-1a Part 2 From 'The BMJ' (British Medical Journal) interview with Professor Chris Whitty, published November 4, 2020: Professor Chris Whitty (UK Chief Medical Officer) had stated early in the interview, in response to a question about transparency: "I ’ m very much in favor of transparency in all areas. I was really pleased that, for example, the SAGE minutes were published — I think that ’ s exactly as it should be. I can see no disadvantage to openness." Professor Whitty had additionally reiterated that importance of openness, truth and transparency in a recent December 2021 UK Governmental official public address. Sentiments reflected by several officials worldwide. Section A-1a Part 3 Unfortunately there has been, to various extents, ongoing and continuing problems with truth, honesty, clarity, transparency and open debate... and certainly notable in respect to the continual lack of very clear and exactingly specific (non-ambiguous) and accurate data, claims, statements and/or instructions. All further damned by the shocking levels of widespread and intrusive censorship, silencing tactics and information controls... and the 3 media/governmental incitements of 'health-based apartheid', social divisions and/or stigmas. This, as with the constantly changing narratives and broken assurances, can only serve to contribute further to the increasing levels of depression, hopelessness, anxiety, loneliness, disparity and many other mental health issues being suffered by many... in itself a serious health and safety concern. Additionally, such behaviors can only serve to cultivate and intensify loss of faith, and distrust in both government and mainstream media. Issues which in themselves need to be examined, addressed, and rectified, in the interest of all, and the interest of the nation. President Joe Biden (USA): "Hey... You're not going to... you're not going to get Covid if you have these vaccinations." Dr. Fauci (USA): "These vaccines are highly, highly effective..." Dr Rochelle Walensky, CDC Director: "Vaccinated people do not carry the virus, don't get sick..." Dr. Fauci (USA): "They're really really good against variants..." Bill Gates: "Everyone who takes the vaccine is not just protecting themselves, but, reducing their transmission, ahhh.. to other people, and allowing society to get back to normal." Section A-1a Part 6 AND THEN... Dr Rochelle Walensky, CDC Director: "Get your first shot, and when you're due get you're second shot." Bill Gates: "Our key goal is to stop the transmission, to get the immunity levels up so you get almost no... almost no... infection going on what-so-ever." Dr. Fauci (USA): "When people are vaccinated, they can feel safe that they are not going to get infected." President Joe Biden (USA): "If you're vaccinated, you're not going to be hospitalized, you're not going to be in ICU unit and you're not going to die..." President Joe Biden (USA): "If you are fully vaccinated, you no longer need to wear a mask." Dr Rochelle Walensky, CDC Director: "Anyone who is fully vaccinated, can participate in indoor and outdoor activities, large or small, without wearing a mask or physical distancing." Section A-1a Part 7 SUBSEQUENTLY BECAME.... Dr Rochelle Walensky, CDC Director: "But what they can't do anymore is prevent transmission." Bill Gates: "We didn't have vaccines that block transmission... we've got vaccines to help you with your health, but they only slightly reduce transmission, we need a new... new way... of doing the vaccine..." Dr. Fauci (USA): "The level of virus in the nasal pharynx of a person who's vaccinated and infected, is the same level, as the level of virus in the nasal pharynx of an unvaccinated person." Dr Rochelle Walensky, CDC Director: "Reports from our international colleagues, including Israel, suggest increased risk of severe disease amongst those vaccinated early." Dr. Fauci (USA): "And if you look at Israel, which is always been a month to a month-and-a-half ahead of us, they are seeing a waning of immunity, not only against infection, but against hospitalizations, and to some extent, death, a booster might actually be an essential part of the primary regimen that people should have." President Joe Biden (USA): "The plan... is for every (unintelligible mumble)... every adult... to get a booster... shot." Section A-1a Part 8 UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson live on Sky News October 22, 2021: "we're certainly seeing that in the in the numbers we're seeing, uhhh... high levels of infection but they're not outside the... the parameters of what was predicted* or uhhh... what we we thought we'd see in the in the autumn winter plan" "wear a mask, wash hands, ventilation all that kind of thing, but also get your booster jab... and that's the... the key message that we want to get across, that's why we've we've timed it for now, because you know there is some evidence obviously that the, uhhh... the vaccine starts to wane" "the key message for today is for all, uhhh... people over 50's think about getting your booster jab... when you get the call, get the jab... your advisors on the sage committee say boosters, absolutely" "we'll do whatever we we have to do, to protect the public, but the numbers that we're seeing at the moment are fully in line with what we expected* in the in the autumn, of winter plan" "so the message is that the... the boosters are fantastic! I mean the... the levels of protection are really very high... but it's also very, very important that you get one... because the... the double vaccination provides a lot of protection against, uhhh... serious illness and death, but it doesn't uhhh... protect you against catching the disease, and it doesn't it doesn't protect you against passing it on, so now is the time to get your booster" "uhhh... It's a very good thing to do because it gets you a huge amount of protection, and we always expected* that we would see numbers rise right about now, that is happening, and you've also got to take into account the... the waning effectiveness... of of the first two jabs." (*Note: obviously PRIOR to 'Omicron') To be quite blunt, these statements by Mr. Johnson come across as 'crazy talk'... nonsense and gibberish. Section A-1a Part 9 Despite repeated public admissions by many 'authorities', including by UK's PM Boris Johnson, the CDC's Dr. Walensky, the USA's Dr. Fauci and many others that the vaccines: do not prevent infection, do not prevent transmission, do not 4 prevent people from becoming ill, or even dying... the public is continually assailed with ambiguous and potentially misleading information and data... coupled with continually interspersed 'sales pitches' of the urgency to get a vaccine or booster... despite all clearly admitted and well documented concerns and/or failings. This only further fuels public confusion and distrust, amongst both 'vaccinated' and 'unvaccinated' members of the public, and creates the necessity for clarifications, such as is expressed by, and within, this formally submitted document, to the specific attention and requested response of the addressee. Section A-1a Part 10 Prof. Chris Whitty Dec 15, 2021 "What we're showing, but what we're expecting to happen with Omicron, is that some of that difference is going to be eroded, because it is less... well, the vaccines... are less well matched to the Omicron variant." "this is what the laboratory data are implying, we don't have clear clinical data yet, and therefore the point of the booster is to try and get people back to as good a position, in terms of replicating this really good protection, uhhh... after they've had their booster dose... it will additionally, uhhh... provide protection against delta and other variants, so that is really what we're aiming to do" (Boosters which, as admitted, don't last ten weeks ). "I really do think if people look at these data, they cannot really argue, except that vaccines are remarkable at working, but people do still go into hospital even when they're double vaccinated and they will still, still go into hospital even after boosters but their risks are much reduced." (Read his words very very carefully, as with all these individuals, and a pattern is very clear: All non-affirmative speculations completely lacking hard data, studies). Section A-1a Part 11 One thing has become quite clear over the last two years, above and beyond the ambiguous and certainly potentially misleading presented data and numbers, questionable policies, unacceptable hypocrisies, the indications of potential corruptions, constantly changing narratives, changing assurances, changing 'science', changing goalposts, changing requirements, heavy-handed censorship , unjust discreditation, clear refusals to answering critical questioning, refusals to engage in meaningful open public debate with highly qualified and/or accredited professionals of differing opinion, and the far too many ambiguous statements being made without clear and firmly substantiating facts or supporting studies, nor confirmations... there is a quite noticeable, notable, and potentially deliberate: constant ... and in such circumstances of urgency and importance... completely unacceptable and abusive... over-use of ambiguous and non- committal language such as "we hope", "we're expecting", "it appears", "it seems as though", "by all indications", "we think", "it's the opinion of" and a whole massive slew of such tactically evasive language ... as an obvious means of "non-committal" or even intentionally engineered 'legal deniability'... and potentially, the intentional misrepresentation of fact and/or truth. This has been further damned by very obvious tactical avoidance of actually answering pertinent questions. Such behaviors can only further contribute threats to health and safety. Section A-1a Part 12 It has also been quite notable, that despite the irrefutably highly questionable, clearly biased, heavy-handed censorship and information control... that 'little to no' punitive censorship or actions have been undertaken towards misinformation which is by, or in support of... the governments, international organizations/agencies, or their 'approved partner' corporations. A highly questionable, very visible, blatantly biased and unacceptable imbalance. Section A-1a Part 13 These issues all cause increase of potential detriment to personal health and safety, both physical and psychological. Section A-1a Part 14 The public deserves better than this, and such wrongful, incompetent and/or negligent practices and visible imbalances do need to cease and desist in the immediate. Section A-1a Part 15 Q1-A1A-ZOV-PM: The principles of truth, clarity, honesty, frankness, transparency, balance, forthrightness, equability, exactitude, responsibility and accountability... are of the most basic of essentials necessary in order to regain or repair some of the damaged, and resultant ( rightfully and justifiably ) diminished public's trust, and respect. Exacting clarification is requested/required from the addressee, do you deny or dispute the validity of this statement... YES or NO ? Compliance and clarification to this request should include/bear the heading: 'In reply to Q1-A1A-ZOV-PM'. Section A-1b BASE CLARIFICATIONS Ref: EnqLegNot-COV-DRO-25082023-4Ae-ZOV-PM-1a Submitted by John Hyland, Bolton, Greater Manchester, UK Section A-1b Part 1 There are two important points which are essential to bear in mind from the offset, and whilst reading through this document, which in themselves, will be much further clarified and substantiated within and throughout the body of information and concerns expressed and contained herein. Section A-1b Part 2 ONE: It is 'generally accepted' that some of these 'vaccines' may potentially provide, in cases, certain benefits outweighing risks... for some individuals, or groups... particularly amongst those whom may be immunocompromised, elderly, or within other potentially high-risk and/or vulnerable category and/or classification. This in itself, however, is predominantly 'justified' by, and as a result of, several pertinent and exacerbating factors: ∑ This somewhat precarious position had been essentially 'thrust upon' those individuals and/or their carers/practitioners... due to the purported or asserted 'lack of alternative remedies or therapies', and as such... thus 'enabling' 'Emergency Use Authorization' of the rapidly-developed experimental so-termed 'vaccines' (in realistic terms, 'therapeutics')... as the only 'known' viable option. ∑ The factual and inarguable understanding that such use of these 'essentially experimental' so-termed 'vaccines' was necessitated wholly and exclusively as a result of the novel viral pathogen named and/or identified as 'Covid-19' (and its subsequent variants). ∑ The understanding that the necessitated use of these 'essentially experimental' so-termed 'vaccines' was further amplified due to months of widespread and highly questionable inaction during the most critical early 'post discovery' period... which only served to facilitate the worldwide unfettered spread of that novel viral pathogen. Section A-1b Part 3 TWO: The Covid-19 viral pathogen and its variants are very real. 'Covid-19' was, by the strongest of indications, information and logical analysis, a man-made virus... created through methods which might be best categorized as within the defining parameters of 'gain of function' type research. Covid-19 was, by every indication, and increasingly substantiated through surfacing documents and evidence... a laboratory created virus possessing specific, purposefully modified and amplified attributes. Most concerningly, it had been modified and/or enhanced in manners to enable 'human infection', the intentions of such, ostensibly, as a means to enable studies. Studies perhaps particularly focused towards the objective of development of ( profitable ) vaccines and/or medicinal products. Additionally, there are indications there may have been attempts and/or experimentation towards ' genetic targeting' of such pathogens, a very concerning situation. Statements well clarified, and substantiated, by the facts and information subsequently presented herein. ∑ Covid-19 did not occur from any 'normal' nature and/or zoonosis based 'jump' of a virus from (in this case) bat, to human, as had initially been so adamantly asserted. ∑ Covid-19 was an artificial, or man-made non-natural synthesis, a viral 'zoonotic prosthesis pathogen' of sorts, artificial (non-natural) in origin, created by scientists, in a laboratory... 'Trust the science'. ∑ The widespread and concerted means and levels of suppression, silencing and censorship of these facts... which had been employed immediately during the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic debacle... and the subsequent and continual attempted denials and dissuasion from these facts, particularly in light of the ever-growing indisputable evidences being uncovered... speaks volumes. ∑ Certainly many involved in such attempted suppression of facts being the very same parties complicit in the funding and/or the research programs, and the multiple laboratories involved, and 'ironically', pharmaceutical industries... and/or 'vested interests' of some manner or form... the same 'Trust the science' crowd.
