A soil test of the work site, carried out after the middle of the year in 2020, served as the first step in the planning and design of Lahore Smart City. Soon after the NOC was approved, the machinery was put on the site. This suggests that the project will advance more quickly and continuously. Current Area of Development With roads leading at the project's entrance, the development work for society has begun. The roads that are currently being built are shown by the pink-colored roadways in the map's highlighted region. Construction of Smart Villas Recently, construction on the Smart Villas in Lahore Smart City's sector A began. Earthwork and excavation are now being done. For 1 Kanal and 10 Marla Georgian-style villas in sector A, the brickwork has started. The mental beam is being put in place, and brick walls have already been built. Construction of Roads & Lanes For the purpose of advancing the building of Main Boulevard B-1 and main roads C-1, F-1, F-2, F-3, F'-1, G- 1, G-2, and G-3, the soil has been leveled and subgrade layers have also been created. Outdoor lighting poles are also being put along B-1 & C-1 roads, and the curb stones have been fastened at B-1 Road. Additionally, road sleeves for type G and type M highways are being built beside and across C-1 Road. Manholes and road drains are currently being built. Sector A and B's road and lane building has also begun and is a good underpass. Additionally, repairs to the edge stones and plantations along the roadways are ongoing. Building of Streets and Driveways Sectors A and B now have driveways, pathways, and roadways under development. After leveling the ground for the streets, work has begun on the excavation and building of the street drains. Sector A has completed the construction of Streets 1, 2, 3, and 4. In all areas, driveways and footpaths are being built quickly as well. Additionally, roadway planting is ongoing. Building a Boundary Wall and Sewage Sector B's border wall is currently being built. In sectors A and B, sewage pipeline construction is taking place. Building of Site Offices To entice site visitors and investors, Lahore Smart City is building a large site office. A sales and marketing office is also getting its concrete base poured. Plantation of trees and horticulture To ensure that the plants and trees are ready on time for horticulture work, tree planting has already begun at the on- site nursery in addition to the roads leading. Every housing development includes horticulture, plantations, and green belts as a natural aspect of life. Lively green vegetation along the roadside gives the new society a warm and welcoming appearance and symbolizes the excellence of any residential project's construction. Public Facilities All the fundamental conveniences required for a respectable community are provided by the infrastructure of the society. Additionally, faster development is taking place to give future homeowners access to these facilities as soon as possible. Building a septic tank with a water tank Sector A's above-water reservoir has had construction finished. Sector B is currently constructing an overhead water tank. Electricity Power Thanks to the installation of a 200 KVA WAPDA TrAnsformer, the development s ite's office and other facilities will have electricity. Parks Work on the neighborhood park in sector A has started. The planting will shortly begin when the edge stone repair is finished. Mosques The construction of mosques in sectors A & B is well underway. Institutes of Higher Learning Sector B of Lahore Smart City hosted the groundbreaking ceremony for the Girls & Boys College. The work on the development is almost finished. Overseas Block As the name implies, the overseas block is just for Pakistanis who reside outside of Pakistan. To be qualified to purchase a plot with an overseas block, the people would need to show documentation of their residency in the foreign nation. However, locals can also purchase the documents in the foreign block used. Residential plots in this block are available in sizes of 5, 10, and 20 Marla. After that, the 7 marla or 12 marla plots were also made available, and reservations are now being taken for these recently published plots. This block, like the other blocks in Lahore Smart City, offers top-notch features and services to create a beautiful environment for society's future citizens. Residential plots of 5, 7, 10, 12, and 20 Marla are also available on this block. These plots are available for purchase in installments and need a 20% down payment.
