From staying active and fueling your body with nutritious foods to practicing mindfulness and spending time with loved ones, every habit you complete earns points, working towards 70 points and building sustainable habits that will last a last a lifetime. Remember - you’re worth the work! Healthy Habit Challenge Log In to the Portal Walk Boost your health and energy by taking a 10-minute walk break three times this week. Get Offline Take a break from screens by setting time to log off and put your phone down at least once a day for three (3) days. Set Goals Take charge of your health by setting weekly and monthly wellness goals and tracking your progress along the way. Cardio Boost your heart health and energy by completing at least four days of 30-minute cardio sessions in one week. Earlier Riser Wake up 15 minutes earlier than usual for five days to create a calm and stress-free morning routine. Try Something New Step out of your comfort zone and enrich your life by trying something new once a week. Strength Training Enhance your fitness and confidence by completing at least three days of strength training in one week. Family Time Strengthen your family bond by spending quality time together at least four days in one week. Drink Water Boost your energy, focus, and overall well-being by drinking half your weight in ounces of water on four days this week. Gym Workout Dedicate at least 30 minutes to a focused gym workout and invest in your physical health and strength. Meal Prep Take control of your nutrition and schedule by setting aside time each week to prepare healthy meals in advance. Food Shopping Create a healthy grocery list before shopping to ensure you’re stocked with nutritious options for the week. Pack Your Lunch Take control of your nutrition and save time and money by packing your lunch at least three times this week. Snack Healthy When hunger strikes between meals, choose snacks that are rich in vitamins, nutrients, and fiber at least three days this week. Take the Stairs Boost your activity level by choosing the stairs instead of the elevator at least three days this week. Meditate to Destress Take a mindful pause during your workday to meditate and alleviate stress at least once this week. More Fruits and Veggies Boost your nutrition by eating at least ten servings of fruits and vegetables each during the course of one week.
