Selfdefense Techniques with the Nunchaku , Nunchaku Jutsu Self - defense Concepts , at least 4 te chniques of the 10 subject s below with the Nunchaku - 1st technique against punches - 2nd technique against kicks - 3rd technique against grabs and grabs with punches - 4rd tec h nique against a choke - 5th technique in a ground fight situation - 6th technique against one escrima or d ouble escrima stick s - 7 th technique against a long weapon ( staff, spear, halberd ) - 8 th technique against a nunchaku - 9 th technique against a knife - 10 th technique against a gun threat The techniques has to as realistic as possible, they have to work 12. Chokes with Nunchaku H ow to do chokes with the N unchaku show 4 different ways - 1st Choke - 2nd Choke - 3rd Choke - 4th Choke Show all the Chok es in a Flowing motion at least 4 chokes ofcourse more is allowed 13. Nunchaku Shadow Sparring , Shadow Fighting Freestyle and u se all N unchaku moves with punches and kicks , Shado w Fighting Shadow Boxing with the nunchaku for 2x 2 minutes ongoing. Show all the previous learned skills but also punches, kicks, blocks and other martial arts skills you have. Use the Nunchaku but do not depend only on the weapon. Adapt and Grow as a T otal W arrior! 14. Nunchaku Real Sparring / Fighting Sparring with partner with full protection gear Sparring with the nunchaku, also other martial arts skills are allowed like grabbing, punching, throwing, kicking but use the nunchaku in your moves. The nunchaku should be an addition to your martial arts skills. So be a Total Warrior and use all the skil ls but never lose the focus on the nunchaku. It is a Nunchaku Course so work with the Nunchaku. Sparring is Full Contact 2 x 3 minutes. Light Contact 1 x 3 minutes with the rule that you have to make at least 3 hand to hand catch techniques before you can score a point. When the fight goes to the ground go on until the examinator says: Stand Up!
