Hide And Seek - 1 Like every other day, this day was also the same. My friend Bihan and I went to sit in the garden. Then, suddenly, a girl entered from the main gate. I looked at her and kept looking, thinking to myself how beautiful she was. She walked to the swing, sat down, took a book out of her bag, and started reading. I ignored it and told myself, “Let it go. If she’s in my destiny, I’ll meet her someday.” My friend and I got busy with our own stuff. After some time, three kids who had bunked school came and sat nea r us. They started talking to us. We had some fun with them. Some other kids came with a ball and asked us to play with them, so Bihan and I joined in. Then a girl came and said she also wanted to play, so she joined us too. After a while, the girl from th e gate came over and said she wanted to play as well. I said, “Come, let’s play.” Soon the kids got tired of playing cricket and suggested hide and seek. Everyone agreed. The first time, one kid was the seeker, and I hid behind a bench. The round ended, an d we started again. The second time, another kid was the seeker, so I hid behind a tree. The girl from the gate hid behind the same tree, right behind me. That’s where we introduced ourselves for the first time. Then, during the game, we hid behind a house and stayed there for 2 – 3 minutes. The house owner saw us, and as we were quickly leaving, she was holding my hand. My heart was pounding so fast, and we both said sorry to each other. When the game ended, we sat down nearby and talked. After 5 – 10 minutes, one of the kids said, “These two people have matching vibes.” She blushed, and I blushed too. After a while, everyone left, and only the two of us remained. We talked for a bit, and then she asked for my social media ID. I gave it to her. Soon her bus arr ived. We shook hands, and she said, “We’ll meet another day.” I said, “Okay, we will.” (next part coming soon)
