Upon my arrival, I proceeded to make contact with Robert Witcher whom was awaiting Deputies on the driveway of the residence. Robert advised Renee Wickowski and her boyfriend Edward Danko were actively arguing within their bedroom and wanted Law Enforcement to make contact and separate the two. Robert stated his girlfriend and Renee's daughter Jade Wagner was also inside the residence. I proceeded inside the residence and would make contact with both Edward and Renee within the master bedroom located on the right side of the residence. Ed proceeded to speak with Deputy Anderson while I made contact with Renee. Renee stated that both she and Edward got into a verbal altercation but could not provide a consistent reason as to why. Renee stated herself, Robert and Jade were on the lanai having a good time when Edward got mad at them for being loud. Renee stated she felt Edward thought it was ok for himself to be loud, but would not allow anyone else to be loud. When I again asked Renee specifically why the argument started, she replied "I don't know, ask him." Let it be known, Renee was in the middle of packing a suit case full of cloths while I was attempting to interview her. Renee appeared to be heavily intoxicated as her speech was slurred and she continued to sway back and forth while I made contact with her. I did ask Renee if at any point the verbal argument became physical to which she stated no. I then proceeded to make contact with Edward whom advised that he, Renee, Robert and Jade went to dinner at Mezzaluna located at European Village. While out at dinner, Edward stated Renee and Richard had a few drinks. Edward stated when they all arrived back at his residence, Renee, Robert and Jade would go outside on the lanai and become extremely loud. Edward stated he tried to get the three to lower their voices as he did not want them disturbing his neighbors. Edward stated he would then ask everyone to come inside which would then cause an argument. Edward stated Renee began packing her belongings and the two continued to argue. Edward stated at one point Renee did slightly grab onto his shirt, but at no point did he feel her ever touch his skin. Edward stated he just wanted everyone to leave the residence. Let it be known, I did not observe any injuries or any evidence showing a physical altercation took place between Renee and Edward. Deputy Anderson made contact with Jade who advised that Edward was being loud and verbally abusive to everyone in the house. When I asked Jade if at any time the argument became physical, she stated that Edward did put his hands on her at one point and grabbed her. Jade did not advise of any injuries nor did she appear to be suffering from an injury. Jade kept stating that she just wanted to pack her belongings and leave with her mother, Renee. Based on the information provided by all parties involved, conflicting statements of what occurred and no injuries to anyone, I determined that nothing criminal had occurred. Neither parties would provide a Voluntary Sworn Written statement while on scene and no paperwork would be signed. Renee, Robert and Jade all agreed to leave the residence for the evening. My Axon Body Camera was utilized and will be uploaded to Evidence.com in a timely manner. Nothing further to report. Case Narrative 2023-00056344 Case Report 2023-00056344 Page 3 OF 3
