Da eficácia e da ousadia terapêuticas das medidas (não) concertadas – para colmatar a vulnerabilidade primordial da união económica e monetária europeia e robustecer a credibilidade e a dinâmica integradora da moeda única –, dependerá o devir desta construção europeia de unidade, de paz e de progresso, iniciada depois e por causa das duas catástrofes bélicas do séc.
