With a view to reduce pollution at the construction sites, ensure expeditious progress and improve the aesthetics, the Union Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) on 1st of April, 2023 decided to use 25 per cent factory-manufactured concrete elements as a bare minimum, out of the total volume.
