CLOSED CAPTIONING Closed captioning of the public-address system is available on the Lions official mobile app. Guests can use their personal smartphones or stop by the Guest Services locations to loan out a tablet on game-day, during the regular season. FIRST LIONS GAME Children ages 14-and-under attending their first Lions game can receive a ‘First Lions Game Certificate’ and button. The certificates are free of charge and are available throughout the stadium at the Guest Services desks (Gate C-Section 236, Gate G-Section 112, and South Club West). Children must be present at the Guest Services desk to receive a certificate. DETROIT LIONS AND FORD FIELD DID YOU KNOW? (CONT) ROARY Roary is the Detroit Lions mascot and available for both public and private appearances. Roary may also visit a guest’s seat during a Lions home game, as long as the appearance is coordinated two weeks prior to game day. The original Nursing Room is located on level 4 of the South Suites, across from the Beacon/Beaubien Elevators. There is also a room by Gate B, Section 133. GAMEDAY GIVEAWAY In your suite, please find one gameday giveaway per ticket for your guests to enjoy. SMOKING LOCATIONS Smoking is not permitted inside Ford Field. Smoking is not allowed inside the stadium including all seating areas, restrooms, club lounges, bars and suites. This includes, but is not limited to, electronic cigarettes, vaporizers and tobacco. DETROIT LIONS AND FORD FIELD SAFETY AT FORD FIELD FIRST AID LOCATIONS & PROCEDURES PRESENTED BY HENRY FORD HEALTH SYSTEM In the case of serious illness or injury, call the Ford Field Operations Center immediately at 313-262- 2901. Be sure to provide them with your name, location and the nature of the injury or illness. Please remain calm, speak slowly and remain on the line until an Operations Center representative has obtained all the necessary information to assist you quickly and effectively. In the event of minor incidents (headaches, scrapes, etc.), a First Aid Station staffed by a nurse is located in the hallway across from Suite 417. Suite guests on the north side of the building (Gridiron Suites 1-8 or Terrace Suites 1-12) should visit the First Aid stations behind Sections 225 or 236 in the upper level concourse. EMERGENCY EVACUATION PROCEDURES In the event of an emergency, please direct your attention to the video boards in the stadium and listen for announcements on the PA system. Please follow the directions of Ford Field team members at all times. Everyone should leave in an orderly fashion and remain calm. Elevators and escalators will not operate during an evacuation. Guests with disabilities will be escorted by ushers or supervisors to the nearest exits. Once you exit the stadium, proceed as far away from the entrance gates as possible. If you are aware of any guests in your suite that might need extra assistance in the event of an evacuation, please let our staff know so we can be fully prepared to assist them as needed. We strive to create a high-energy environment to lend support to our team, while maintaining a safe and exciting atmosphere. We need your help by abiding by the policies below. The following guidelines have been established for guest behavior: - Please restrict movement in the seating area during game action. - Sit only in your ticketed seat and show tickets to a Ford Field representative upon request. Standing or sitting in seating bowl passage-ways, aisles or stairways is prohibited. - While standing and cheering is permitted, please keep in mind that continued standing can interfere with others’ ability to enjoy the game from their seats. To be courteous to all guests, we ask fans to stand and cheer when appropriate with the flow of the game (majority rules). - Never take matters into your own hands. Contact the nearest Ford Field representative if any issue arises or text 313-513-TEXT (8398) with issue and location. The following actions may lead to ticket revocation, ejection and/or arrest: - Displaying inconsiderate or otherwise inappropriate behavior towards others. - Behavior that is unruly, disruptive or illegal in nature. - Using foul or abusive language or obscene gestures. - Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance impairment that results in irresponsible behavior. - Interference with the progress of the game including throwing objects onto the field. - Violating the no smoking policy. - Attempting to access areas without the proper ticket and/or credential, or misuse of tickets and/or credentials. - Wearing obscene or indecent clothing. - Damage or destruction to the building or property surrounding Ford Field including the parking areas. - Failing to follow the instructions of Ford Field representatives. - Failing to provide a ticket and/or seat information to a Ford Field representative upon request. - Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans. DETROIT LIONS AND FORD FIELD PARKING & STADIUM ENTRANCES ACCESSING FORD FIELD & YOUR SUITE Gates open two (2) hours prior to a Lions game, at which time your suite will also be open for your enjoyment. Premium Partners and their guests may enter Ford Field through the following VIP entrances: - The Gate A Club, Suite & Executive Entrance: located behind the flagpoles between the main entrance doors and the Ticket Office windows. Please note, this entrance also accommodates general admission guests until after the security checkpoint. - The Gate D Club & Suite Entrance: located on the north end of the building, closest to Lot 4. This entrance is exclusive to Premium Partners and Club only. - The Gate G Club, Suite & Media Entrance: located on St. Antoine St, near the Gate G Ticket Office entrance. This entrance is exclusive to Premium Partners, Club and media only. - The Gate G Footbridge Entrance: located on Level 2 and connects to the Ford Field Parking Deck to provide a covered entry directly into the stadium. This entrance has a ‘Fast Lane’ for Premium Partners. Access to parking facilities is generally three hours prior to kick-off. Vehicles will be directed into spaces and reserving spaces is not allowed. Tailgating and re-entry access is prohibited in parking facilities adjacent to Ford Field. ACCESSIBLE PARKING All Ford Field Parking Facilities are ADA compliant. The reserved disabled spaces are for use by guests that have the appropriate disabled permit and a state-issued license plate or placard. An additional disabled parking area will be available for game days only in Lot 4 (located just north of Ford Field, east of Brush and south of Montcalm). Enter this lot from Montcalm. This area is available for guests with disabilities on a first come, first serve basis. SHUTTLES The shuttle van and minibus staging area is located on Adams Street, between Witherell and John R. The shuttles may drop-off and pick-up their guests in this designated area. This is strictly a staging area, not a parking area. Drop-offs can begin two hours before game time. Staging for pickups will begin at the start of the fourth quarter. Please contact area venues for their shuttle service availability. TRAFFIC For the most up-to-date traffic information and the fastest route to Ford Field, we encourage you to download the Lions app, as it is fully integrated with Waze.
