Job title: Community Engagement Coordinator Responsible to: Executive Director Line Management None although overseeing volunteers where appropriate Hours of work: Part time, 30 hours per month with flexibility to work additional hours on an ad hoc basis if required Remuneration £15/hour Location: Flexible-with remote working and a day in the office (Bristol) Purpose of the Role 1. To carry out and deliver the activity, monitoring and evaluation of the Well Being and Digital Inclusion project 2. To support the implementation of St Pauls Carnival’s community engagement strategy Key Responsibilities ● Working closely with the Executive Director to design and deliver a wellbeing and digital inclusion engagement project. ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with project funders. ● Develop and maintain key community relationships. ● Maintaining a strong presence in the community, attending meetings and representing the CIC at external meetings as required. ● Assisting in the development of business relationships or partnerships in conjunction with the fundraising team, board and executive director as required. ● Liaising with the CIC’s community stakeholders and partners as required. ● Preparing reports for board meetings and undertaking any other reporting as required. ● Any other administrative duties as requested by the Executive Director.
