Alamo AI for Work Terms of Use These Terms of Use ( “ TOU”) govern access to and use of artificial intelligence tools (also known as large language models or LLMs) for w ork purposes at Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas and its affiliates (collectively, “ Alamo ”). Examples of artificial intelligence tools (collectively, “AI”) include but are not limited to OpenAI’s ChatGPT, Google’s Gemini and Anthropic’s Claude By accessing and using AI for w ork, you agree to comply with these TOU and all applicable company policies. Please review these TOU periodically, as they may be updated based on new legal , regulatory, policy, and ethical requirements. Your continued use of AI for w ork after the changes become effective means you agree to the new TOU. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment and legal action to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any questions regarding these TOU should be addressed to ResponsibleUse_AI@spe.sony.com 1. Access to AI for work 1.1. Alamo AI for work is intended to be used for work - related purposes only. 1.2. You are responsible for complying with these TOU and all applicable company policies, including but not limited to the Sony Group Code of Conduct, Sony Group Information Technology and Information Security policies and standards, and the Sony Group and Sony Generative AI Guidelines These policies and guidelines are designed to ensure that you use AI for work in a responsible, ethical, and legal manner, and that you respect the intellectual property rights, privacy, security, and other legitimate interests of Alamo and its stakeholders. Activities that would be prohibited under the policies and guidelines above are also prohibited while using AI for work 1.3. You are responsible for following Alamo ’s AI for work internal procedures when using AI for work 1.4. Alamo ’s Policies, Guidelines, and Terms of Use may change without advance notice. It is your responsibility to be familiar with the most up to date versions of these policies, guidelines, and Terms of Use and to remain in compliance with them. 1.5. Alamo reserves the right to monitor your use of AI for work to ensure security and permitted use. Alamo may collect certain aggregate information ( e.g. , number of prompts submitted, last use of the platform, etc.) to evaluate the effectiveness and value of AI for work 1.6. Any misuse of AI for work may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. Please note that Alamo reserves the right at any time to restrict or deny access to AI for work without notice and for any reason. 1.7. You are responsible for using the AI for work appropriately in the context of your work, including all inputs and outputs. 2. Pre - Approved and Prohibited Use Cases; Process for New Use Case Review 2.1. Pre - Approved Use Cases. Use of AI for work is pre - approved for the following use cases : • Drafting emails, memos, and non - legal documents • Research subject to human confirmation • Summarization of documents and emails • Data organization and summarization • Taking notes/transcribing meetings • Translating emails and documents • Sentiment analysis of text for marketing or research purposes • Creating presentations • Scheduling, developing, tracking, and analyzing workflows , task - lists, assignments, etc. • Coding assistance and debugging 2.2. New Use Cases. Use of AI for work beyond the pre - approved use cases outlined in Section 2.1 above must be reviewed and approved prior to such use. To seek approval of a use case outside this list, you may submit a n AI for work request to Dani Tumbusch who will follow internal procedures for seeking approval. 2.3. Prohibited Use Cases. The following is a list of PROHIBITED use cases. You must not use AI for work to do any of the following: • Creative Content. Use of AI for work for creative purposes would need to be submitted for further review. • Human images and voices. Generating any images of people or sounds of human voices, whether identifiable and “real” or fictional/synthetic • Contrary to law or policy. Inputting information or generating outputs that are prohibited by applicable laws, regulations, government orders, or decrees, or that violate or contradict Sony Group Company policy or Sony’s Purpose & Values • Harmful content. Generating harmful content, including but not limited to content that results in defamation, harassment, or discrimination or includes hate speech, misinformation, sexualized content, or depicts exploitation or abuse • Malicious code. Generating malicious code (except for penetration testing or similar auditing of code) • Third - party IP. Generating outputs that violate intellectual property rights including but not limited to copying in whole or in part or mimicking another’s art, writing, etc.) • Employment decisions. Using AI for work to make any decisions regarding employment, including but not limited to decisions regarding hiring, promotions or termination, creation of individual employment plans, or assignment of educational materials • Privacy Rights & Biometrics. Using AI for work to violate privacy rights or create any form of biometric identification • Credit. Using AI for work to evaluate the credit or financial worthiness of any person • Chatbots. Using AI for work to create an external - facing chatbot (e.g., customer service chatbot) • Subliminal, manipulative and deceptive systems. Using an AI system that deploys subliminal techniques, or manipulative and deceptive techniques, which have the objective or effect of materially distorting the behavior of individuals, causing or reasonably likely to cause significant harm • Exploiting vulnerabilities. Using an AI system that exploits vulnerabilities of individuals due to their age, disability or specific social or economic circumstances. The objective or effect being to materially distort the behavior of individuals, causing or reasonably likely to cause significant harm • Social scoring. Using AI systems for the evaluation of individuals over time based on their social behavior or personality, with the social score leading to detrimental treatment that is unjustified or disproportionate, or unrelated to the context in which the data was originally collected • Crime prediction. Using AI systems to evaluate and predict the risk of an individual committing a future criminal offence, based on their personality or their wider profile • Facial recognition databases. Using AI systems to perform the untargeted scraping of facial images from the internet or CCTV, in order to create or expand facial recognition databases • Workplace or educational emotion recognition Using an AI system to infer the emotions of an individual in a workplace or educational environment • Biometric categorization. Using AI systems to assign individuals to specific categories on the basis of their biometric data, in order to infer certain protected characteristics (e.g., ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion etc.) • Facial recognition for crime prevention. Using AI systems for biometric identification in publicly accessible spaces for the purposes of law enforcement, subject to certain exceptions 3. Use Guardrails and Requirements 3.1. You are responsible for the security of information, data, accounts, and systems under your control. 3.2. The use of personally identifiable information, other than business contact information for general communication, in a prompt is prohibited without approval from Alamo senior management 3.3. Your use of proprietary and/or confidential data/ intellectual property must be consistent with Alamo ’s existing policies and procedures. 3.4. Integration of any third - party tools to AI for work requires prior approval by relevant teams, including IT, Information Security, and Privacy. 3.5. You are prohibited from attempting to circumvent any safety or security measures built into AI for work 4. Sharing Output s 4.1. Within AI for work , output s may be shared with other Alamo employees. Prior to sharing, please be thoughtful about the information you are sharing to the extent it is embedded in the output s. Reach out to your manager if you would like assistance. 4.2. In the future, appropriate output s may be reviewed and approved for internal publication by Alamo Stay tuned for more information on the process to submit output s for publication to all of Alamo 5. Accuracy & Reliability 5.1. AI for work , as with other generative artificial intelligence technology, may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased results and may not be appropriate for your use case, so be cautious when using such outputs. 5.2. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all outputs appropriately for accuracy, completeness, bias, appropriateness for use, and consistency with all Alamo policies, including those listed in these TOU. Do not rely only on any outputs to make decisions. 6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property 6.1. Consistent with the Sony Group Code of Conduct and applicable law, any output generated through AI for work is company property. 6.2. You must ensure that all outputs contain appropriate conditions and disclaimers to ensure trade secrets, confidentiality, and legal privilege as may be applicable. You may be required to add such conditions and disclaimers manually. 6.3. All outputs are subject to Alamo ’s confidentiality and data classification requirements. For more specific guidance, reach out to your legal contact. 6.4. AI outputs may include third - party content, even when you have not incorporated third - party content yourself. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs and ensuring that you can lawfully use such outputs and should contact the Alamo Legal Department, as needed. 7.
