Establish Your Mission Worksheet A personal mission statement is a way to express your life's dreams and purpose. It should address the following questions. Consider these important questions and jot down a few thoughts on each. Your mission should be tied to this very important information. 1. What is my life about? For example: ● Discovery of the possibilities of all of who I am, learning, and growing into my potential ● Growing into the most loving, compassionate, passionate human I am meant to become. 2. What do I stand for? For example: Justice, learning, honesty, efficiency, enjoyment, intensity, health, loyalty, etc. 3. What action am I taking to live out what I say my life is about & what I stand for? For example: ● Being real with others ● Telling the truth ● Seeking to heal me, going outside my comfort zone to grow ● Using time wisely ● Really listening to others ● Reflecting on my experiences in the present moment and learning from them 4.
