It certainly has taken me a while to adjust to this “ Lifestyle” and I realised that if I am to survive this and come out the other side still relatively sane, I would have to re structure my days and nights in order to keep my mind active as well as my body. In our line of work “ Sitting around ” does not work for any of us, we are on our feet five days a week nine to ten hours a day and that suits us al l. So, when it is taken away we feel confused and perhaps venerable in what to do and how to wind away the hours, days, week s... So, take this opportunity to take up some new hobbies, for me as I mentioned it is getting back into the world of “Cycling” (I am refraining from sending pics in my all in one Lycra onesie... for now) LOL. But I know a few of you are doing various courses including Cooking and learning languages, so well done all and good luck to all of you! This week we have some more great contributions from the team, and I would like to thank you all for being so enthusiastic in being part of th is newsletter ! Keep the suggestions, articles, pic tures, and videos coming in. Enjoy the s unshine and stay sa fe, happy, and well!
