This Dutch document is a free E-book of Tai Chi Groningen het Hogeland in the Netherlands. The Zuanshi school was founded, runned and operated by Yvonne Huizinga from the Netherlands. The school gives lessons in the Northern part of the Netherlands. The Chinese arts which are taught are: Yang style Tai Chi Chuan and the Original Tai Chi Tao and Qi Gong according the Jan Kraak methods. This is one of the Chinese internal arts school.
