Bailey’s Stack Before I get started, I wanted to say thank you so much for taking the time to read over this guide. It’s people like you that have helped make my dream possible. It has taken me a lot of time and research to find all this information in this guide. All I hope for is this guide can help you nearly as much as it has helped me. I just started writing to make sure I brought you the most amount of value as I could and it ended up being a lot longer than I expected. Let’s just say this guide is VERY detailed haha. A couple things I wanted to talk about real quick before I get into the goods. I did not put this together for you to skim through and just pick a few things to try here and there. Each and every thing I talk about here plays a very specific role in my day to day. Without even one of these things, my day is completely thrown o ff . If you really want to make a change, you need to do everything I talk about. Just to be up front, there are a few things in here that will cost some money. All I can say it they are all worth it. I’ll start by breaking down each thing in as much detail as I could, that way you could see the value from MY opinion. At the end I breakdown exactly what I do each and everyday and how each of the things below fits perfectly into my day. 🧠 Brain Retraining 🧠 The very first thing I want to talk about is a brain re-training program that I use. This single handedly took my income and mindset to a whole new level. The science behind this program is something I had no idea even existed. To be honest, I was VERY skeptical at first (a few people had to convince me to try it). But after doing this for an extended period of time, it has had a profound impact on the way I look at money, talk about money, feel about money and take actions about money (all at a subconscious level). The audio program literally bypasses your conscious brain and talks directly to your subconscious which hyper accelerates your growth in a time that I thought was impossible. I am not the scientist behind this, so I HIGHLY recommend you go over to This Page and read more about it. There is a reason I am talking about this first. I do not know where I would be today without it. Now I want to clarify something real fast. I already thought I was on top of my game before I started taking this stu ff . But after a couple recommendations from some di ff erent people, I started taking the items below. When I first started taking them, I only noticed small di ff erences every day. That’s because they are restoring di ff erent things in my body at a micro level that stack up over time. I stopped taking them when I got really busy and forgot to reorder everything.... WOW did I feel a di ff erence... I finally started to see what all those incremental gains were doing over time. It’s not that I got foggy after. But my standard had increased so much it felt I was going 140 mph then went down to 60 mph. Even though I was still going fast at 60 mph, it was so much slower compared to what I was used to. Please keep in mind I am not a doctor and I recommend you consult with you doctor before taking any of these. The first thing is the “Healthy Starter Pack” This includes a few di ff erent things in it. Most importantly the “ Tangy Tangerine 2.0” vitamins and minerals. This mix gives you body 60 di ff erent key vitamins and 30 di ff erent minerals that is basically impossible to get bow that our soil is so depleted. It gives you a TON of focus and mental energy. Feels like the focus of an Adderall; you know, without the drug part, and the energy of a couple shots of co ff ee (without any of the jitters or anxiety). I use to drink 400mg of ca ff eine a day until I started taking this again. Now I drink no ca ff eine and I have clear and focused energy for over 8 hours a day from this stu ff One other thing that comes in the pack is a mix that has a REALLY pure form of calcium, magnesium and some other essential vitamins. Let me talk about my experience (I can not legally say you will have anywhere near the same results, this is just my experience). When I was 14 I got in a really bad dirt biking accident. I partial tore my patellar tendon and my Lateral Collateral Ligament. This was a VERY rare thing that was basically impossible to even happen in the first place because of the 2 di ff erent locations on the knee that these two are. Virginia Mason in Seattle (who are the doctors for the Seattle Seahawks and Seattle Sounders) have only seen thin injury 2 times in their 15 years of existence. Long story short, I was never supposed to play soccer again and I was supposed to get reconstructive surgery on my knee when I was 18 (because they had to drill into my growth plate). After taking this stu ff for 8 months, I was right back on the soccer field and played for another 4 years. When I went into the doctors o ffi ce at 19 (I was a year late lol), I had to get a check up on my knee. I was completely shocked at what they said. They told me they have never seen something heal like this before (basically it was impossible I guess) and I no longer needed surgery. They actually said people get surgery to get to the point that I was at. I still take it for muscle recovery from working out and playing other sports. If you don’t have achy joints and your bones feel 100%, then maybe it’s not right for you. Honestly I don’t know because I have had my fare share of my body getting beat up for sports and 2 bad car accidents. Below I have added the link I recommend you start with. After you get started, you can explore some of their other packs that are specially made for specific aliments. ✅ Click Here —> http://go.baileyproulx.com/healthy-starter-pack Or click the link below for an overview of all their packs and the science behind these vitamins and minerals ✅ Click Here —> http://go.baileyproulx.com/healthypack-overview 🧠 Nootropics 🧠 I spent a lot of time on those 2 things so I’ll briefly talk about some of the next things. They are pretty self explanatory and are made for my brain to be as sharp as possible. I have taken a lot of nootropics and these are BY FAR my favorite. Both these products have very pages that explain in detail what the product does and how it helps. I recommend clicking over there and reading the stu ff from the experts. ✅ Renu IQ - http://go.baileyproulx.com/renu ✅ Alpha Brain - http://go.baileyproulx.com/brain ✅ Microbiome (which also heals your guy which people call your 2nd brain from all the neurons that are in there) - http://go.baileyproulx.com/microbiome 💰 💰 Speed Reading 💰 💰 Reading is absolutely critical to growing, not only your knowledge but also your income. I have taken a few speed reading course but most of them were hard to follow and quite stressful. But I did find one. There is a couple reasons I recommend this program. First, not only does this program show you how to read fast, but it also shows you how to comprehend more (a lot more). They also have a software in the course that trains you to read faster. It’s pretty cool actually. At the end there is even a couple lessons that show you how to read a book a day Yes you read that right, a book a day. Within my first 48 hours of starting this program, I started reading 2 times faster. I started at around 180 words per minute and after 2 days I was already ay 340 words per minute. That was with basically no practice. I’m sure you could guess how fast I am now. At the price point, this is basically a steal and a no brainier. ✅ Click Here —> http://go.baileyproulx.com/speed-reading 📲 💻 Other Programs 💻 📲 Before I get into how I structure my day, I wanted to just run through some other things I use on a daily basis that really optimize my life and make things much easier. I’ll give you a couple sentences on each, just so you have an idea on what it is and how to works. 1. Sleep Cycle - This is one of the most important apps I have ever found. This app tracks my sleep quality AND will wake me up at the peak of my sleep cycle. You set a windows (for example 7:00-7:30) and it will wake you up when you are not in REM, making you refreshed and awake. 2. Philips Hue - This is my smart light system for my house. 1 Key feature I really like about this brand. It attaches to my sleep cycle alarm. So when my alarm goes o ff in the morning, the lights in my room also turn on. At that point you have no choice but to wake up lol. 3. Headspace - This is a guided meditation app that has many uses. They have a library of di ff erent guided mediations that are useful for many di ff erent situations. Focus, before reading (I like this one), stress, anxiety, before sleep, before speaking on stage or in front of peers, etc. They also have Sleepcasts that are like a meditation and story combined that you listed to ask you fall asleep. It’s actually really soothing and I fell asleep really fast for some reason. I don’t know, but it works. 4. Grammarly for Chrome - I type really fast and sometimes do not have proper sentence structure. So when typing important messages to clients, this extension will make sure my sentences are 100% grammatically correct. Sounds silly but you would be surprise on what is right and wrong. 5. Eye Dropper for Chrome - This one is simple but very useful. Simply use this extension to figure out the exact hex color of any color on a website. Very helpful when making sure your color scheme is accurate on funnels and website builds. 6. Facebook Pixel Helper for Chrome - Makes sure that all of my Facebook pixels are installed properly and are firing. 7. Google Tag Manager for Chrome - Makes sure that all of my google pixels are installed properly and are firing. 💯 How I Structure My Day 💯 1. Wake Up and turn on all lights and open all blinds. I’m trying to wake up my internal clock as fast as possible. 2. Drink 8oz of water. 3. Read at least 15 minutes (about marketing or business). 4. Take a shower and finish at least the last minute with cold water while doing wim hof breathing (if you don’t know who this guy is, look him up. He’s a legend.). 5. Get ready and dress for the day even though I work at home (look good, feel good). 6. Eat 2-4 hard boiled eggs (eggs are the best food you can give you brain in the morning). 7 . Work for a couple hours (This is usually when I handle my meeting or tedious tasks). 8. Workout when I start to fade from the morning grind. 9. After I workout, I drink a protein shake that has 0 lactose in it and eat a light meal (protein heavy so I don’t spike my blood sugar and crash later). 10. Take Renu IQ , Microbiome , Alpha Brain and Tangy Tangerine 2.0 Vitamin mix (this is where a lot of extra brain power comes in). If you are serious about wanting to stay sharp and get a level of focus and energy you have never had before (with no ca ff eine), then you need this. 11. Read for another 15-30 minutes as all of the above starts to kick in (Marketing and Business again). 12. Now I work pretty much all the way until the end of the day with a short break here and there. 13. At 1.5 hours before bed, I listen to Neurogym on whatever audio week I am on (this is a 12 week program. Once you have done all 12 weeks, I recommend doing a random one each week still. This audio program single handedly LEVELED UP my mental worth with the bank account soon following). 14. The rest of the night I wind down with reading and drink my Calcium and Magnesium Mix. 15. As I go to bed, I like to listen to Sleepcasts with the Headspace app. It really calms me down and ever since I started to use it, my sleep quality has went up 15-20% (from Sleep Cycles app Data) 16. Right before I go to bed, I set my Sleep cycle for the desired time in the morning, knowing it will wake me up in a half hour window where I am not in deep sleep and will wake up refreshed.
