This notice include s : • Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent. • Identification: A clear description of the original copyrighted work and where it can be found (e.g., a URL or file name). • Location: The exact location within the app where the infringing material is being used. • Contact Info: The reporter's name, address, telephone number, and email address. • "Good Faith" Statement: A statement that they have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized. • Accuracy Statement: A statement made "under penalty of perjury" that the information provided is accurate. 2. The "Takedown" U pon receiving a valid notice, the owner will: • Expediently Remove: Promptly disable access to or remove the allegedly infringing content. • Notify the User: Inform the user who uploaded the material that it has been removed. • Repeat Infringers: Reserve the right to permanently ban users who repeatedly violate copyright rules. 3.
