The Old Testament (OT) has been superseded and rendered archaic by the New Testament (NT) 2. Much of the OT is mythical - history conveying only spiritual truths. 3. The Law of Moses was revoked by Christ and the Apostles. 4. After the Jews rejected Christ, any “supposed” OT promises to Israel were transferred to the Church. 5.
