The last years were hard, the harder we will celebrate this year. Hard but hearty is the motto here. That's why we want to give you some information about what we will experience together in the next days with this festival guide. Furthermore you will find hints on how to make your stay pleasant and uncomplicated. In this sense, take care of each other and as always: ERNTE GUT, ALLES GUT! Das heisst: sexistisches, rassistisches, homo-/trans-phobes Verhalten und jegliche Formen der psychischen und physischen Gewalt sind auf der Ernte NICHT willkommen. Mit betreten des Festivalgeländes stimmst du unserem ERNTECodex zu. Jeder Verstoß dieser Guidelines wird geahndet und führt ggf. zu einem Ausschluss der Veranstaltung. • Als gewaltfreier Raum dulden wir keine Form von Diskriminierung, Sexismus, Rassismus oder Aggression und behalten uns ggf. einen Ausschluss aus der Veranstaltung vor. • Wenn du dich bedroht, belästigt oder unwohl fühlst, melde dich am Einlass oder der Bar. Wenn du siehst, dass eine andere Person Hilfe braucht: frage bei der betroffenen Person nach.. Du musst dich für deine Erfahrung oder Beobachtung weder erklären noch rechtfertigen. • Nur ja heißt ja: Handlungen und Gespräche finden nur im gegenseitigen Einverständnis statt. Achte darauf, ob dein Gegenüber dir eindeutig signalisiert, ob er* oder sie* mit dir sprechen oder interagieren möchte. • Fotos und Videos nur unter zustimmung der umliegenden Personen veröffentlichen! • Wir machen alle Fehler. Wenn Personen diskriminierende Sprache oder Denkweisen verwenden, versuchen wir sie durch konstruktive Kritik darauf aufmerksam zu machen. Wir bitten euch, für diese Kritik offen zu sein und zuzuhören. • Wir alle sind unterschiedlich darum versuchen wir die Sichtweisen der anderen Personen zu verstehen und auf Verallgemeinerungen und Stereotype zu verzichten (“typisch Mann, typisch Frau”). • Nach Möglichkeit stellen wir einen Safer Space Rückzugsraum zur Verfügung, der bei Vorfällen genutzt werden kann. Sollte dieser gerade belegt sein finden wir eine Möglichkeit sich zurück zu ziehen. • Um Diskriminierung auf Toiletten zu verhindern, sind während unserer Veranstaltung alle Toiletten Unisex. (noch zu besprechen) • Gewalt beginnt für uns da, wo sie als solche empfunden wird. Das bedeutet: Jeder Mensch setzt seine Grenzen selbst, und dass Gewalt nicht objektiv bestimmbar ist. Jede betroffene Person bestimmt selbst in jeder Situation neu, wo die Grenzen sind und damit auch wo Gewalt oder ein Übergriff beginnt. Wichtig ist uns hier ein sensibler und respektvoller Umgang miteinander. Auf der Ernte geht es besonders darum, sich selbst als Teil des Festivals zu begreifen, egal ob als Helfer*in, Künster*in oder Gast und damit auch Verantwortung für das eigene Handeln zu übernehmen. ERNTE CODEX DE 4 The Ernte Festival is a non-discriminatory and non-violent space. This means: sexist, racist, homo-/trans-phobic behavior and any form of psychological and physical violence are NOT welcome at the Harvest. By entering the festival area you agree to our ERNTECodex. Any violation of these guidelines will be punished and may lead to exclusion from the event. • As a non-violent space we do not tolerate any form of discrimination, sexism, racism or aggression and reserve the right to exclude you from the event if necessary. • If you feel threatened, harassed, or uncomfortable, report to the admissions desk or bar. If you see that another person needs help: ask for help from the person involved. You do not have to explain or justify your experience or observation. • Just yes means yes: actions and conversations only take place with mutual consent. Make sure that the person you are talking to clearly signals whether the person wants to talk or interact with you. • Only publish photos and videos with the consent of the people around you! • We all make mistakes. When people use discriminatory language or ways of thinking, we try to bring it to their attention through constructive criticism. We ask you to be open to this criticism and to listen. • We are all different, so we try to understand each other's perspectives and avoid generalizations and stereotypes ("typical man, typical woman"). • If possible, we provide a Safer Space retreat room that can be used in case of incidents. If this is occupied at the time, we will find a way to withdraw. • To prevent discrimination in restrooms, all restrooms will be unisex during our event. (to be discussed) • For us, violence begins where it is perceived as such. This means that every person sets his or her own boundaries, and that violence cannot be objectively determined. Every affected person determines for him/herself in every situation where the boundaries are and thus also where violence or an assault begins. It is important for us to treat each other sensitively and respectfully. At the Ernte, it is especially important to see oneself as part of the festival, whether as a helper, artist or guest, and thus to take responsibility for one's own actions. ERNTE CODEX EN 5 ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE Check-in: Thursday 07.07.22 - All day Check-out: Monday 11.07.22 - Till 11:00 CAMPING The camping areas are open from Thursday 14:00 in the afternoon and must be cleared by Monday (after the festival) 12:00 noon at the latest. • There are no electricity and water connections for campers. • Open fires are FORBIDDEN at the entire campground. • There is a campfire site for cozy moments in between. • Please follow the waste disposal concept (see p. ...) and leave the campsite as you found it. The camping area should be a retreat for all those who need a break from the hustle and bustle. So keep quiet especially during the night hours. Those who don't need a break will find the right place at one of our stages. ERNTE KITCHEN The ERNTEKitchen prepares two meals on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings - one vegetarian and one vegan. Sustainability and regionality are close to our hearts, which is why we only cook vegetarian and vegan meals in the Harvest Kitchen, using regional and seasonal ingredients in organic quality. - These meals are included in the Weekend Pass. There is no possibility to buy food at the festival site. Please bring your own snacks for in between. Barbecuing at the camping area is prohibited. At the bonfire there is the possibility to grill your own food on a spit. For personal emergencies we got something for you. At the entry you can find our ERNTECare box. This box includes: • Fresh fruits • Glucose / Magnesium • Earplugs • Condoms • Tampons • Toothbrush • Handkerchief • Suncream • Chewing gum • Aspirin • Hair ties INFO 7 TRASH DISPOSAL Pocket ashtrays are available for free pickup at the entrance at all times. All drinks are served in returnable bottles and can be returned at the two bars, and at the entrance. (1€ deposit per bottle/cup). • Mixed drinks will be served as "Sip&Fill" - those who wish to drink their beverage from a glass or cup are welcome to bring it to the bar. • Garbage bags will be handed out at the entrance free of charge for all campers.We ask that you treat the campsite with care during your stay and leave it clean. This means to collect your garbage and separate it at the central garbage island. (see venue plan) GARBAGE SEPARATION: • Light packaging (PET, Tetra) • Metal packaging (canned food, beverage cans) • Residual waste • Disposable glass The waste separation island is centrally located between the camping and Ernte area (see venue plan) Do your part to protect the terrain, animals and people (us). ATM/SUPERMARKET Our bars are cash only, the nearest ATM is in town about 1 km away. There you will also find a supermarket. 18+ The Ernte Music Festival is an 18+ years event. If you are younger than 18 but would like to enjoy the art exhibition or the Ernte Short-film Festival you can come by on Thursday with a guardian - ID will be checked on entry.
