RMIT Alumni Singapore (RMITAS) started out from humble beginnings. In 2000, a group of RMIT alumni were galvanized to register the Alumni Association (that was already operating in Singapore for nearly 10 years) to give legitimacy to the growing RMIT alumni community — the graduates from RMIT Melbourne as well as from SIM-RMIT in Singapore were increasing at a rate of 3000 per year! As such, RMITAS was officially registered with the Registry of Societies in January 2001 and held its inaugural Annual General Meeting in Dec 2001. To commemorate RMITAS’s 20th Anniversary milestone, we are organising a Photography Competition and call on existing students and alumni to participate!* *Please refer to the Terms & Conditions set out below.
