Special intention prayers e.g. wedding anniversary, Birthday, Health, etc. A BRIEF ABOUT THE NEW ST PAUL NAGASIBA CHURCH The New St. Paul Nagasiba Church is located in Kampung Nagasiba, hence the name of the church. The 5 acres land acquired on 14 Dec 2012 is located behind Selesa Court and SMK Bahang at Jalan Nosoob, Hungab-Kobusak, Penampang. The Development Plan was approved on 25 May 2021. Land fully reclaimed in Aug 2022. The reasons for a new settlement for the church: 1. The present church could not accommodate the growing number of parishioners; 2. Parking is a major problem; and 3. The church is not in a good condition. For a more meaningful celebration, the children from Sunday School are involved in the Liturgy as Readers and Commentators, Wardens, Choir and Gift-bearers. After mass, children (aged 5 yrs to 13 yrs) either from Sunday School or otherwise but who have registered will have 3 activities to participate which have been arranged by the Catechetical Ministry. Amen MINI PILGRIMAGE TO LIMBAHAU PAPAR The CMI Youth is organising a mini pilgrimage to Limbahau Papar on 17 th June 2024 from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm visiting 3 churches: St. Joseph Papar (Sacrament of Baptism); St. Damian Dambai (Sacrament of the Eucharist); Holy Rosary Church (Sacrament of Confirmation.) This is open to youths/young adults aged between 15 and 40 years old. There will be a fee of RM35 for food and transportation. Only 23 seats left. Registration can be done at their counter in the church lobby by 2 nd June 2024.
