Online Bill Portal: https://fescoebil.pk/ FESCO Online Bill: Checking, Printing & Payment Guide A complete walkthrough for retrieving, printing, and paying your FESCO electricity bill online. Why Use the Online Bill Lookup If your FESCO bill arrives late or never arrives, you can retrieve and download a free duplicate copy online by entering your Reference Number or Consumer ID. The bill can be saved as a PDF, printed, used to make a payment, or kept as a record — and it also shows up to 12 months of past usage and payment history. Checking by Reference Number (RN) The Reference Number is a unique 14-digit code (plus a letter — U for Urban or R for Rural) made up of the batch number, sub-division, and customer number. It's printed in the top-left corner of every bill in a format like 12 12345 1234567 U. Enter the RN into the lookup field and select 'Generate Bill' to open your bill — sometimes called the FESCO Web Bill — in a new window. A monthly SMS bill-subscription option is also available. Checking by Consumer ID The Consumer ID is a simpler 10-digit number with no letters, printed just below the RN on the left side of the bill. It works the same way as the RN for retrieving a duplicate bill. Printing Your Bill Once your bill opens in a new window, click 'Print' at the top of the screen. A standard print dialog will let you choose the printer, page size, and number of copies before printing. Finding Your RN / Consumer ID • Old bills — both numbers are printed on the left side of any previous paper bill. • Online portal — use 'View Bill' with your name, CNIC, and address to display the bill and note the numbers. • Customer Services Centre — visit in person with your details and staff can issue the bill manually. Paying Your Bill Online • Bank mobile apps (Meezan, HBL, UBL, etc.) • JazzCash / Easypaisa • ATM machines • Online banking portals • Post offices and banks Tip: pay at least two days before the due date to avoid a late-payment surcharge.
