For 202 6 : WCE Member Preview Party: Friday, November 20, 2026 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm Saturday, November 2 1 , 202 6 10 am - 5 pm Sunday, November 22, 2026 10 am - 4 pm ORGANIZER: The Woman's Club of Evanston (WCE), founded in 1889, is a non - profit organization focused on connecting women behind a shared purpose of volunteerism, social empowerment and community support. AUDIENCE: 850+ shoppers from Evanston, Chicago and the North Shore. LOCATION : A historic building located in downtown Evanston, close to public transportation and convenient parking. This spacious building offers a warm, festive, and inviting atmosphere. CHARITY FUNDRAISER: Proceeds support the WCE Community Grants Fund, a small grants program supporting non - profits in our community. The WCE raises money from the application and booth fees collected from the artisans/vendors. No percentage of sales is taken. PR AND MARKETING: Woman’s Club of Evanston Holiday Bazaar is promoted throug h local print and digital media, social media, promotional banners, community calendar posting and yard signs. All vendors will receive digital announcements and marketing materials to post on social media and to email to friends and customers. VOLUNTEERS: Volunteers assist vendors throughout the show, helping to unload as well as to move out at the end of the event. Volunteers are available to sit in a vendor’s booth while the vendor takes a break and enjoys our vendor - only hospitality area. VENDORS/ARTISANS : Merchandise should be primarily handmade or designed by the artisan participating in the show. APPLICATION: $35 fee.
