Divine Roots LLC – Terms & Conditions 1. Deposit Policy A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total service cost is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your final balance. 2. Late Policy Please notify us if you are running late. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will be transferred to one reschedule opportunity only. 3. Payment Methods We accept cash, Zelle, and card payments. Final payment is due immediately after services are completed. 4. Appointment Confirmation & Location The full address will be provided upon appointment confirmation to ensure client privacy and security. 5. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that things happen. To ensure a smooth and respectful process, please try to provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. No-shows forfeit their deposit. 6. Client Courtesy We are more than happy to accommodate any reasonable issues our goal is to provide a smooth and professional experience for every client.
