Program Details This course will require pre-work from all participants, scheduled check-ins, and home-study during the duration of the program. We offer this program so we can take care of our educators, who take care of our children and the future generations. This program will be delivered in 12 modules. Each of the lessons are accompanied by additional discussion points and activities, which, when included, can increase the duration of each lesson. Overall time allotted for each session to be discussed and agreed upon ahead of time. Program includes access to the Be Meditation studio for the duration of the program, including custom curated content for deepening their course studies. Suggested time per session: 1.5 hours. Investment Through experiential exercises, visual presentations, and interactive group formats, participants will systematically explore the application and integration of mindfulness practice at work and in everyday life. This training will be offered in an online format that best aligns with your group's needs. Maximum of 20 participants per session. Participants should be a group of consistent, committed individuals. With a Masters in Education in Guidance Counseling and an ICF Coaching Certification, Corinne brings a compassionate, wholistic approach to her clients. She worked with LWSD for 12+ years. Anne-Marie Emmanuelli | Co Facilitator Anne-Marie Emanuelli believes mindfulness is a holistic practice beneficial to human consciousness & personal growth. Her philosophy of wholehearted living includes the tenets that our greatest teacher is Mother Nature, and humans never stop learning. Her imaginative and creative style are incorporated into everything she does, including her meditation classes. With a personal practice spanning over 20 years, Anne-Marie has been teaching mindfulness since 2016. Her credentials come from Mindful Schools and the 200-hour meditation leader program with Sage Institute for Creativity and Consciousness as well as an 8- week course in MBSR. She is Creative Director at Mindful Frontiers, an education center whose vision is to welcome a mindful future; one child, family, individual, educator, and community; one present moment at a time. Monica Stein Monica Stein is a yoga teacher, and a Chopra Center certified Primordial Sound Meditation and Perfect Health teacher. Dr. Renee Garrick Dr. Renée Garrick is an ordained minister, transpersonal therapist and teacher of ageless wisdom in the mundane world. She enjoys sharing her extensive background of these modalities, making them accessible and inspiring. Anne Sussman Anne Sussman Anne received her certification in 2015 through the McLean Meditation Institute as a Meditation and Mindfulness instructor, teaching individuals and small groups. In 2017 Anne returned to achieve a second certification as an MMI-Mindful Trainer so she could bring her expertise to the corporate world. Rev. Seifu Anil Singh-Molares Rev. Seifu is the Executive Director of SDI and an ordained Zen Buddhist priest. Rev. Seifu is an accomplished speaker and university lecturer and is a key contributor for the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation. In a previous life, he was also an executive at Microsoft, where he successfully grew international groups and divisions and provided leadership to multi-cultural teams around the world. Anahi Russo Garrido, PhD Anahi Russo Garrido, PhD began practicing meditation in 2001 in Mexico City and has studied Zen meditation since 2006. She is a graduate of the Sage Institute for Creativity and Consciousness, Meditation Leader Training Program and holds a PhD in Gender and Women’s Studies. She is also a university professor and writes on transnational feminist and queer theories, immigration, and is developing a new writing project on meditation and activism. Rick Gage Rick Gage is a seasoned business leader with a long career rising to significant leadership positions in some of the most visible companies in the world. He is passionate about unleashing human potential in the workplace. Linda Tinson Linda Tinson is a primary care nurse practitioner with extensive skills and experience in behavioral health counseling.
