This project consists of a web portal and an android application. - The web portal is developed using PHP Scripting language, with the help of laravel version 7 framework and is hosted in our State Data center - The android application is developed using java language, with the help of Android studio version 4. - The primary user for the android application will be the farmers. And Every time a request is made from the android application to the web portal a security token will be required ,which is acquired during the login process , this is necessary for checking for authenticity of the user. Application Features - Now since the verification of the fish ponds are extremely difficult or even sometimes impossible. - We are creating a form where the farmers can submit their relevant data. [ click 1 ] : Here Farmer personal information is asked [ click 2 ] : Brief description of the pond [ click 3 ] : A picture of the ponds should be upload, with minimum 2 pictures and and maximum 4 pictures [ click 4 ] : The location of the fish ponds in Google map - After submitting ... - The data will be scrutinized by the department. They can reject or approve any of the farmers, this will be helpful in the future for decision making. - After a particular farmer has been approved, an ID card will be automatically generated for the farmers to download through the android application. - [ slide 6 ] The fishponds farmer can upload their fish production whenever and as many times they want. The name of the fish, the production year with the amount of production will be uploaded. - [ slide 7 ] Any officials with special credentials can view all the registered farmers through this app as well as from a browser. - Click 1 Here the list of all farmers will be shown - Click 2 If we want to see more details we can click on any of the list - Click 3 If we click on the map, a google map integrated with the application will open , and the real satellite image will be plotted on the map - Click 4 The picture of the fish pond that the farmer upload can be viewed here as well - [ slide 8 ] A more detailed version can be viewed from the web portal (express the home view) - [ slide 9 ] After a farmer has submit the form, this is what the department officials will see, here they can check the actual satellite image and the ponds image uploaded by them, if the department can confirm this is the real ponds of the farmer, they can approved, but if they have any doubt of uncertainty, they can request for resubmission , in which the department authority can send comments about the reason why the reject it. It will be reflected to farmers in their application as well as through SMS. - [ slide 10 ] Among the many features , this one I find very interesting, here all the fishponds that are approved are shown, all the blue flags represent exactly where fish ponds are located. (That is the actual screenshot that I took last Saturday. During that I think there are 9 approved fish ponds. )From this map we can clearly know in which area registered fish ponds are located. - [ slide 11 ] By clicking any on the blue flag, a detailed description of that pond along with the fishpond's image will appear on the side panel. - [ slide 12 ] :Another important features are this two - Click 1. First one ,I don't think it is visible , but the form looks like this. Any organization who wants to preserve rivers can also submit their data, with the actual GPS location of the river they want to protect. - Click 2.
