Grand Rising Everyone, Happy Divini Homines 28, 0035. Also known as December 8, 2025. Welcome to one, welcome to all. Royal Decree Industrial Carbon Pricing Repeal and Industrial Competitiveness Directive. I, Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo The First, Queen and Commander-in-Chief of The Kingdom of Canada and The World, Living Crown and Custodian of Earth and Humanity, Commander-in-Chief of The United Armies of Earth. Grand Rising. Preamble to Royal Decree. Whereas the prosperity and industrial competitiveness of The Kingdom of Canada is essential to the well-being of our Nationals, and whereas the output based pricing system and related mechanisms of industrial carbon taxation have imposed administrative and economic burdens upon major industries, have contributed to increased costs passed on to consumers, and have created uncertainty in long term industrial investments, and whereas The Kingdom of Canada's government remains committed to the reduction of greenhouse gas emission through innovation, modernization, and performance based standards in place of taxation based systems, and whereas it is expedient to repeal the federal system of industrial carbon pricing and to establish in its place a framework that strengthen national competitiveness while enabling technological progress. Now, therefore, I am Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo The First hereby proclaim and direct as follows. Article 1 Repeal of Industrial Carbon Pricing. 1.1 The Federal Output based Pricing System regulations and all statutory authorities enabling, or governing industrial carbon pricing shall, from the date of this Royal Decree, be declared repealed and of no further force or effect. 1.2 All compliance obligations, levies, credit requirements, administrative burdens and enforcement proceedings arising under the said system are hereby terminated, extinguished and discharged. 1.3 No departments, agency or officer of The Living Crown shall impose, collect, administer or enforce any industrial carbon price, fee, levy, credit market mechanism or equivalent taxation instrument upon regulated facilities. Article 2 Industrial Technology and Competitiveness Fund. 2.1 I am Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo The First hereby constitute fund known as the Industrial Technology and Competitiveness Fund, worth $1 billion for the purposes of advancing innovation and reducing industrial emission through zero tax mechanism. The zero tax. No one's going to be taxed, but we will help the businesses modernize their tools and equipments. Okay, that's $1 billion. 2.2 The Minister of Finance responsible shall administer the said fund and may provide grants, contributions, and financial support for a) clean industrial technologies, b) modernization of equipment and industrial processes, and c) workforce skills associated with industrial modernization. Article 3 Performance Based Industrial Standards. 3.1. The Cabinet of The Kingdom of Canada is hereby directed to establish sector specific greenhouse gas performance standards to ensure continued environmental progress without reliance upon taxation or carbon pricing. 3.2 such standard shall be, a) flexible, achievable and technologically or technology neutral, Page 1 - 12/08/2025 - Carbon Pricing b) designed to preserve The Kingdom of Canada's competitiveness, and c) implemented without financial penalties, levies or tradable credit obligations. Article 4 Inter Governmental Cooperation. 4.1 The Minister may enter into agreements with provinces and territories to coordinate industrial standards, innovation programs, and regulatory frameworks. Article 5Review and Reporting. 5.1 A comprehensive review of the economic, technological, and environmental outcomes of this Decree shall be undertaken every 12 months and laid before the Minister of Finance and Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo The First. Article 6 Transitional and Operational Direction. 6.1. All records, assets, administrative systems, and personnel assigned to the former Industrial Carbon pricing system shall be reassigned or dissolved in accordance with directives issued by Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo The First and the Cabinet. 6.2 existing contractual obligations related to emissions reduction projects funded under previous regimes shall be terminated forthwith. Article 7 Effect of this Royal Decree. This Decree is issued by The Living Crown of The Kingdom of Canada, Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo The First and shall be implemented and enforced accordingly, effective forthwith and retroactively July 1, 2025. Given under My Royal Hand and Seal, I Her Royal Majesty Queen Romana Didulo The First, Queen and Commander-in-Chief of The Kingdom of Canada and The World, Commander- in-Chief of The United Armies of Earth, Living Crown and Custodian of Earth and Humanity under Natural Law. Dated today, December 8, 2025. Okay. Here now is the High Level Rationale for that Royal Decree. A, a poll from earlier in 2025 found that a large majority of The Kingdom of Canada nationals, that 70% believe that companies pass on most or some of the cost of the industrial carbon tax to consumers - driving up prices of everyday goods. Citing Taxpayer it says. Critics also argue that even though the tax is nominally on industry, the higher production costs on energy, fuel and materials will filter down the supply chain, affecting food, building materials, utilities, gasoline, ultimately raising costs for families. That's Change.org, that's the source. And for some sectors, especially energy intensive or trade exposed industries, the carbon price raises production costs that could reduce competitiveness, lead to job losses, and/or incentive relocation of production to jurisdictions with weaker or no carbon pricing. That was by Bloomberg. So, also, I would say that, investors, would run away with these types of regulations. If you're looking for investors this is not one, this is not the best way to attract long term investors in the industrial Sector. Okay. And ultimately, the We The People who are buying, end up paying for all of these nonsense; so we're removing that. That was a cash cow for the federal coffers, and that ends today. Cash cow at the expense of the We The People. Just like tariff was, okay. So thank you, everyone, and have a wonderful night.
