The is a great MOTIVATION in that story of which I want to Enlightened you about . Page 3 Page 4 There was a man who had two sons. One day , the younger son said to the father , "Father give me my share of the property , I want to posses mine ".The father gave him his share , He went out of the country and squandered it. Page 5 He later realized and came back pleading "Father I know I have sinned against you, please forgive me . I don't even qualify to be your son, take me as one of your servant . I beg you ... And indeed , his father forgave him and accepted him . LESSON LEARNT We have sinned against God but JESUS CHRIST stands as a mediator. He died for our sins. He is the king of kings , indeed He is the master saviour, He is the only one who can give Eternal life ...... NO MATTER THE SIN YOU HAVE COMMITTED JESUS IS READY TO SAVE YOU......... As Christians we need to understand the basic life to live and therefore I want to enlighten you . The ten virgins took their lamps , went out to met the groom. Five been wise took extra oil along with them whilst the other five did not take extra oil. While waiting for the groom they all fell into a deep sleep. THE TEN VIRGINS Page 8 At midnight, the cry rang out ''Here is the groom''. They woke up to welcome the groom only to realize that their lamps run out of oil. The foolish ones {five} asked the wise ones to them some of their oil and they said to them ''There may not be enough for both of us so go and get yours''. Page 9 On their way,the groom came and the virgins ready went in and the door was closed. Later the others came shouting ''sir ,sir!!!! Open the door for us'', BUt he replied I don't know you..... Motivation; As Christians the light in the lamp symbolizes the word of God in our lives the groom is our lord Jesus Christ, wedding ceremony is the day we are going meet christ. when the lamp goes off meaning you have back slide and therefore you need to rise which is by adding the extra oil to your lamb. The ten virgins back slide but the five added their oil which shows how wise they were. Do you have extra oil.....? Or when the lord comes , you will now go to the pastors to seek the word of God and advice......? LET RISE AS CHRISTIAN'S. LET NOT DESPISE THE WORD OF GOD THAT WHEN THE DAY OF ACCOUNTABILITY COMES WE WILL RENDER IT AND WILL RECEIVE OUE CROW OF GLORY Page 10 Page 11 Page 12 Have you heard about a song that moves you to the point where you want to tell your friends about it...? well that's the type of feelings you may experience when you are listening musics that feed your soul. The term '' GOSPEL''means good news which was influenced by Latin and Greek. It has two Germanic roots and when translate into old English , it is then written as Gospell this occurred in the 19th century. The mode of worship is in two groups which are the hymns eg. When we walk with the lord. oral traditional songs eg. Songs sang during the slavery era. MUSIC:GOSPEL Page 13 They sang this songs while working on the plantations to raise their morale and also their solace from the pains and suffering for their slavery. Which means that for us Christians , gospel and the word of GOD gives us inspiration, motivation and morale . Let us promote gospel music in this generation, the next and forever you can testify to the fact that gospel music gives happiness to you when sang weather worship or praises. In the bible whenever king saul gets depressed gospel music is played to calm him and thereby hope and believe that throughout your lifetime , gospel music reign forever...... It is the world largest religion , when we describe Christianity like this , then the followers of Christ automatically becames Christians . As a Christian believe in ; CHRISTIANITY AND THANKSGIVING. I know its through thanksgiving and praises. Christians of today have problems, lay down on their beds crying forgetting that God solve some problems through praising him name.
